Quilted Denim Jacket

Made in a 12oz Japanese washed denim and padded with a Japanese cotton flannel lining. Detachable shearling collar secured with horn buttons to a soft corduroy collar underneath. The same corduroy was used for the inside pocket bags for added warmth. by @rolandsamano

Cotton Herringbone Cycling Jacket

Last year, I planned a trip to Japan and decided to make something that I could dye in Kyoto. The design was based off of a 1950’s French cycling jacket. Finished it 3 hours before the flight. I found a small workshop called Tezomaya that had been specializing in natural dyes for over 20 years where I did a private session and they walked me through their entire process of indigo dyeing. It’s been one of my favorite travel experiences so far and I’ve been wearing and washing it for over a year now. by @rolandsamano
