Last night was Incredible. Started with a beautiful ending to an undefeated @oaksmsfootball season. A top tier awards banquet that included all the bells and whistles. During the event, I shared a fun fact with everyone. That this was my first time as a fan, player or coach ever experiencing an UNDEFEATED championship season! 🏆 This is an extremely rare feat. So honored to experience it at least once in my lifetime. Special season. Special players. Special coaches. Special team moms. Equalled everyone getting a special gift from Coach Ro! 🎁Will never forget the looks on their faces when they opened their Championship Rings. Iconic. One of those magical moments that will last a lifetime.

Then, the night went to new heights ending at @sofistadium with a @nfl @rams Champion, a GOAT, and a phenomenal human @aarondonald99 at his inaugural event to launch his @ad99foundation here in LA.

The event was first class. Life size bobble head was legendary and the @rams family showed up. Event full of good people and positive energy benefiting a worthy cause! Couldn't help but share with the Ramily about the "Ring Me" moments from earlier and the 🐐 took it upon himself to send the kids an iconic video shoutout. You couldn't have scripted it better. Beautiful night. God is good. So grateful for the game of football and its ability to inspire, connect, unite, and change so many lives for the good.🏈🙏🏾

Roland Williams has officially joined PAC Signature.

An 8-year NFL veteran out of Syracuse University, Roland is a Super Bowl Champion and was part of the St. Louis Rams’ legendary “Greatest Show on Turf” era. His NFL career also included stops with the Oakland Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Since retiring, Roland has built his next chapter as an entrepreneur and real estate investor. He is the Managing Partner of Brown Diamond Concierge, a private real estate firm providing done-for-you real estate solutions for athletes, entertainers, executives and other high-performing professionals.

Roland also serves as a sports analyst for ABC7 Los Angeles.

Twenty-three years ago, God blessed me with a young man who would forever change my life. My firstborn son, Trustin. Today is the day we began a lifelong journey; of love, laughs, and lessons. Teaching me what it meant to be a father and a man. All while watching you grow.

Over the years, I’ve watched you win big, face challenges, celebrate victories, learn difficult lessons, and continue becoming your own man. Through it all, I have always been proud of your character, your resilience, your heart, and your willingness to keep moving forward with a smile no matter what life puts in front of you. You are one incredible man.

One of the greatest gifts a father can receive is the opportunity to watch his son grow into an adult with his own dreams, his own voice, and his own path. You have become exactly that. You are a special brother. You are your OWN man. Dad respects you more than you will ever know.

As you enter your 23rd year, my prayer is that God continues to guide your steps, strengthen your faith, protect your heart, expand your opportunities, and remind you of the incredible potential that lives inside of you. Never forget who you are, whose you are, and what you’re capable of accomplishing.

To the woman who has been my foundation through every season of life… thank you.

My mother @karenlovelifefoodfamily has been far more than just a parent. She’s been my protector, teacher, encourager, counselor, prayer warrior, friend, and one of the strongest examples of unconditional love I’ve ever known. Through victories, touchdowns, mistakes, losses, challenges, growth, and change — she has always been there giving her best. Consistent. Steady. Loving.

As I look through these memories over the years, I’m reminded how much of who I am was shaped by her personality, sacrifices, wisdom, patience, and strength.

And beyond being an incredible mother to me, watching her be an amazing grandmother to my boys has been one of the greatest gifts of all. The love, guidance, warmth, and care she pours into our family can never truly be measured in words.

Mom, thank you for carrying so much for so many people while still leading with grace and love. I hope you know how deeply appreciated, respected, and loved you are by everyone.
