💡 so I've decided when I get a idea that can help my business I'm gonna share it with you guys:

So what I've learned is a quick way to gauge if you'll get quality engagement while driving for $$$ is to create decent list.
A cool way to figure out what zip codes to market in if you wholesale virtually or are new to a market is to visit crimegrade.org. 🥴🥴🫢
Ghetto af but hear me out !
D4D in all of the red ZIPS adjunct to the green ✅
Just a small idea that may add to the quality & conversion of leads -tip for my solopranuer wholesalers out there . -
Love y'all

Property managers have problems too...as a property manager it is very important to keep your cool! But we are humans aswell sometimes we have sympathy & empathy but it's ALWAYS BEST TO STICK TO BUSINESS ! This tenant hasn't paid rent in 6months .
