11 years ago, my life changed forever… but so did I.

I’ve survived moments I never thought I’d make it through. I’ve cried, I’ve questioned, I’ve struggled, I’ve had to relearn myself and somehow, through it all, I kept going.

I’m not celebrating what happened to me. I’m celebrating who I became because I refused to give up.

11 years later, I’m still here. Still growing. Still dreaming. Still becoming. Still finding new reasons to be grateful.

What was meant to break me became a part of my testimony.

11 years of resilience.
11 years of strength.
11 years of becoming 🦋

At first glance, a 🐛 seems small, simple, and ordinary. It crawls slowly, close to the ground, unseen by many, often overlooked. But what the world doesn’t realize is that the caterpillar is not just crawling it’s becoming.
Life, in many ways, is like that. We all start as caterpillars, unsure, just moving forward the best we can. We face struggles, limitations, and times when it feels like we’re not making progress. We may feel small or unseen, but growth is happening in every quiet, hidden moment.
Then, there comes a time in the 🐛 journey when it must enter the cocoon — a dark, tight, uncomfortable place. From the outside, it may look like nothing is happening. But inside, everything is changing. It’s breaking down, rebuilding, transforming.
That’s what hardship feels like — like being wrapped in uncertainty, pain, or loss. But that space, that struggle, is where our greatest growth happens. It’s where we shed who we were so we can rise into who we’re meant to be.
And then, one day, the cocoon breaks open.
What emerges is no longer a 🐛 , but a butterfly — graceful, strong, and free. The same being, but now flying above the very ground it once crawled.
That’s life. That’s transformation.
Sometimes, we don’t see the purpose in our pain or the beauty in our struggle. But if we trust the process — if we have faith in the journey — we’ll find that the trials were not the end, but the beginning of something more.
So whether you’re crawling, cocooning, or soaring — honor your stage. Every part has purpose.
You’re not stuck. You’re becoming. 🌱🐛🦋🌺
