Met an awesome group of photographers on a recent visit to Washington Square Park.

Had a great time chatting, geeking out over camera gear and getting to spend some time in NYCs coolest park. Couldn’t leave without taking an instant shot of my fellow photographers! @Fatzgoth is a poet in addition to being a photographer, and read me a beautiful poem he had written. I returned the favor by taking another instant shot, which I love how it turned out.

Get out there and meet cool peeps like these! Cheers!

In celebration of my friend Glen David Andrew’s birthday, here’s a portrait I did of him last year in New Orleans!
@glen_david_andrews

We shot this in Tuba Fats Square while working on a project together. One of the most incredible musicians I’ve ever met. NOBODY puts their heart & soul into their music like he does. Happy Birthday Glen!

Stained glass and instant film with Denora Glass in action!
@mikeydenoraglass

.
Mikey was replacing one of the old window panes in the stairwell of the gallery with some colored glass. It was the perfect time to grab a double exposure and a work in progress shot! Artists like Mikey are turning every square inch of our building into a work of art!

Beautiful light leaks on a shot from Lomography’s Sprocket Rocket!
.
.
Been having a blast shooting with the Sprocket Rocket! A couple shots on the roll of film got hit with light leaks when I accidentally popped the back of the camera off, thinking the film was fully rewound. In this case it added a lot of beauty to the street scene!

Saw these two sitting on the concrete barrier while I was eating a slice of pizza and KNEW I had to grab a shot! Loved how their outfits coordinated with the artwork on the concrete. They were headed to do a photo/video shoot right after.

Just scratching the surface of the endless artistic possibilities with instant film Double Exposures!
@meganbarnes.studio
.
.
After recently discovering that Lomography makes an instant camera that does double exposures (of course they do!), I just HAD to have one. It was a blast putting the Lomo’Instant Automat to work as SOON as it arrived. Was able to capture this gorgeous double exposure of Megan working in her studio on a mural installation. MORE SHOTS TO COME!

No Kings 3.0 NYC - March 2026. POST #2
.
.
I was lucky enough to attend the No Kings 3.0 protest in NYC on March 28, 2026. Over 350,000 people marched in Manhattan alone against the Trump administration. Over 8 million people protested throughout the country in what has become the largest single-day protest in the history of the United States.
.
.
I documented my experience in a lengthy blog post, which also includes far more images than what’s posted here. Be warned, this is NOT a neutral take on things. I pick a fucking side. (Link to blog in bio)

Night time shots with expired film around NYC’s Lower East Side & Greenwich Village!
.
.
These shots were my first attempts at developing my own film a couple of months back. I love how they turned out regardless of them being super grainy and lacking saturation in some frames. Even with a boatload of fresh film stock, you’d still catch me shooting expired film for the unpredictable fun it brings to the table!
.
.
Recently I posted a blog about some of the expired film I’ve been shooting. (Link to blog in bio)
