One year as real estate broker! 🎂

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year since I started this incredible journey as a real estate broker. Owning my own business was what I wanted to most since a long time, and becoming an entrepreneur has certainly been a crazy challenge.
This past year has been full of learning experiences, with plenty of ups and downs. Staying focused and motivated each week has been key, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made.
I’ve learned so much and know there is still so much more to come.

As shown in the messages I’ve received throughout the year, I’m really trying to do my best for my clients and all parties involved. My goal is to keep improving and provide the best service.

A huge thank you to @semihmenda and @eden_bouchoucha for your support—you are fantastic captains! And a big shoutout to everyone at @seedrealestate.
Here’s to many more years of growth and success! It’s only the beginning. 😉 taken in Lisboa, Portugal by @romainbarrau

Sometimes, life goes a little too fast. Now, you’re about to find a place that reminds you to slow down. If you've been looking for space, serenity, and something real, this might just be the place to (re)start. DM me. taken in Torres Vedras by @romainbarrau

It’s like walking into a Wes Anderson set… if Wes was born in Brazil and obsessed with interior design. This is not just an apartment. It’s a statement.

You weren’t looking for an apartment… but maybe you should be.

Alvalade isn’t just a neighborhood, it’s a way of life. ☕🥐 Mornings start with coffee and a flaky croissant from @iscopaoevinho or @gleba_padaria . Saturdays mean fresh finds at @mercado_de_alvalade and familiar faces. Need a reset? Stop by @satoestudio and let Rita work her magic with Chinese medicine. ✨

For dinner, it’s @salsaecoentros_restaurante for a Portuguese classic, @tico.tico.novo.rio for hearty, nostalgic dishes, or @soao.tabernaasiatica for an unforgettable Asian feast. 🍜

For the sweet tooth? 🍦 Generations have lined up at @geladosconchanata for a reason. Or grab a book while sipping coffee at @quiosque_dos_corucheus , nestled in a charming little park. Nights? A drink at @cobaialisboa or a laugh at @poolsidelisbon epic event’s nights. 🌙

And right in the middle of it all? A stunning, move-in-ready 3-bedroom on Rua Afonso Lopes Vieira, bathed in natural light and designed for real life - with Jarvis, at your service 👀

So no, you weren’t planning to move. But maybe it’s time to take a look. 👀🏡 DM me. taken in Alvalade, Lisboa by @romainbarrau
