BOOK REVIEW 🎀🌟
@lauriegilmore_author - The pumpkin spiced café
Overall a 5/5 🌟 read!
Jeanie was such a wonderful character who reminded me a lot of me actually! 🤣
I fell in love with the vibe and it was so easy to imagine dream harbour. 🫶
I enjoyed the mystery thrown into it, the only thing I will mention is that I think the culprit was quite clear. 🫶
The spice was SPICYYYY, highly recommend for that alone if you’re into spicy reads 😂🌶️ 😏
I am now onto the cinnamon bun book store where the side characters Hazel & Noah dive into their complex and awkward love story, so far I’m loving it! 🎀
The books blend wonderfully into eachother and I can’t wait to dive in to the whole dream harbour series! 🎃
So far I can truly say, they’re worth the hype! 📚 🫶

Easiest ever homemade cheese straws! 😍 🧀
I’d advise adding extra cheese on top before baking 😉
Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
Cheese (measured by heart, better to use a mix of cheeses!)
Egg wash
Herbs and spices of choice (optional)
Mini method:
- unroll your pastry and let it sit at room temperature
- brush your egg wash across the pastry
- Add all of your cheese
- Fold the pastry in half over itself
- Preheat your oven to 180 fan or 200 non-fan
- Use a knife or a pizza cutter to cut into strips
- Twist over itself as demonstrated in the video
- Brush in more of your egg & top with more cheese if you wish!
- Bake in the oven for between 18 and 22 minutes (or until golden - keep an eye as they burn quickly!)
- Enjoy 😉
