CMD+ @chaosinthecity.events Chaos in the City started as a blank page. We built every inch of it from the ground up: concept, logo, branding, marketing strategy, visual identity. A world engineered so control and chaos could live in the same breath. Then we made it move. A new website, a ticket sale, and the announcement of Amelie Lens as headliner sent 14,000 tickets gone in under a week. Event marketing led the charge: a teaser campaign shot to feel like a film, an OOH takeover that turned the city into our own canvas. Social media management kept the tension high until the very last ticket disappeared. Tomorrow, it all plays out. On the ground, we’ve put together a dedicated photo and video crew, built to capture this brand exactly the way it deserves, and to define the benchmark every future edition gets measured against. Culture Club had a dash of rock ’n’ roll in its heartbeat from the start. 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤 ’𝐧’ 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 turned it up to 11. Across different editions and three rooms, 2manydjs, Erol Alkan, Optimo, Simian Mobile Disco, Punks Jump Up, Cosy Mozzy, Jonasty and Tom Derie made riffs and beats share the same dancefloor. The DJs didn’t get all the fun. Insert the bands: Whitey, The Mutts and WhoMadeWho crossed the border, while homegrown trouble came courtesy of Sexmachines, Goose and Amenra. by @romance1980

It all started in the summer of 2009… Three boys — Bart, John & Thomas — brought together by a sound and the urge to create something of their own. A new pop-up club was born at the Casino in Knokke: Kitsch Club. That little club became the foundation for everything that followed. Magic in Antwerp. Club 69 in Ghent.
