Welcome to Books After Barbells.

By day you’ll usually find me lifting weights or chasing my step goal. By night you’ll find me curled up with my Kindle for some healthy escapism.

I started this page because I love talking about books just as much as I love reading them. I’ve always loved to read, but I wasn’t as obsessed until I read ACOTAR in August of 2024. 10/10 planning a day to meet your book besties IRL. Bookstagram can give you the friendships you never knew you always needed.

Almost every day for six months with these three in group chats in DM’s voice memos in texts we’ve exchanged books and so much more than that and what is so funny is the moment you meet in person it’s like you’ve known each other for 30 years you just pick up right where the group chat left off.
