In spatele fiecarui zbor sunt oameni. Iar in spatele fiecarui om este o poveste.

Fac parte din povestea AnimaWings de mai bine de 6 ani. Sunt aici inca de la inceputuri, fac parte din echipajele de cabina si cresc alaturi de oameni minunati.

Daca este un lucru pe care acesti ani m-au invatat, este ca aviatia inseamna mult mai mult decat avioane, destinatii si orare. Inseamna oameni. Inseamna emotii, responsabilitate, sacrificii, nopti departe de casa, zile importante petrecute departe de cei dragi si puterea de a urca la bord cu zambetul pe buze, chiar si atunci cand, dincolo de uniforma, ai propriile griji.

Vad in fiecare zi oameni care pun suflet in ceea ce fac. Oameni care invata, care se pregatesc, care isi asuma responsabilitati si care isi doresc ca fiecare pasager sa ajunga in siguranta la destinatie si sa se simta binevenit la bord.

Stiu ca, in perioadele dificile, este usor sa judecam o intreaga poveste prin prisma unor informatii, a unor nemultumiri sau a unor lucruri pe care poate nu le cunoastem in totalitate. Si inteleg ca fiecare om are dreptul la propria opinie.

Dar mi-as dori ca, dincolo de tot zgomotul din jur, sa nu uitam oamenii. Oamenii care isi fac meseria cu responsabilitate, care isi sustin colegii si care pun o parte din sufletul lor in fiecare zbor.

Pentru ca o echipa adevarata nu se defineste doar prin momentele in care totul merge bine, ci si prin oamenii care ii dau valoare in fiecare zi, prin implicare, respect si pasiune.

Mandru ca fac parte din aceasta echipa, mandru de oamenii alaturi de care impart aceasta poveste si recunoscator pentru tot ceea ce construim impreuna.

First and last picture flying the Boeing 737 for Ryanair.

Amazing opportunity to jump from a Cessna to a Boeing with just 200 hours of piston engine aircrafts. Really good training that sets the foundation for procedures, hand flying, CRM, flexibility, efficiency, confidence and lovely narrow body experience (2 or 3 landings a day, so maybe 15 landings in 5 days sometimes, but mostly 10 - on wide body you have an average of 14 landings in 90 days) RYANAIR Pilots are widely respected wordwide for all that I have just said. In Europe we face winters and we deice on a daily basis, whereas other pilots on other continents do that once a year, maybe once every 3 years.
1st picture is taken in Bergamo (Milan BGY) my last base before leaving and the 2nd picture is taken in East Midland (EMA - airport normally used for base training - 6 circuits and a go-around) after my first landings after the type rating in a real aircraft. #ryanair #boeing #boeing737 #italy #bergamo

Boeing 777-300ER
You’ve seen the small paper plane and the actual one, now please check out the interior. We call it the office, in Romanian, “birou” with a nice window view. My english teacher @raluca.igna told me I won’t get a job looking out the window and she was right… I got a career! Thank you once again for teaching us well. When I started the flight school I was dreaming of becoming a Boeing 777 pilot flying for Qatar Airways. I was a cabin crew [(CC) in second picture] when I did my intro flight in South Africa. After the EASA CPL ME IR in Poland and AUPRT in Greece I joined Ryanair and did my B737 type rating in Bergamo, Italy, I’ve got Malta as my first base, moved to Romania for a year and then to Pisa, Italy and finally, back to BGY, Milano Bergamo. After almost 4 years of flying the 737 I decided to come back to Doha. If you know what you want and never give up you will always succeed. Hard work pays off!
