Floor 2 is rising in Pacific Palisades. 🇺🇸

@romanjamesdesign is building with Autoclaved Aerated Concrete — one of the strongest choices for rebuilding after the fires.

AAC is non-combustible and routinely delivers a 4-hour fire rating. It holds structural integrity at temperatures that consume wood-frame homes, gives crews and residents more time, and still stays light enough for faster, cleaner construction on fire-scarred lots. Smart material for a community that’s building back better.
