I went from being incarcerated 7 years 10 months to being free for 11 months got shot with an AK-47 in my arm,then like 8 months later got shot with a Glock in my neck and straight through my collarbone which caused me to be paralyzed. I've never been a bad child, or person in general yeah I made some wrong decisions in life which caused me to be incarcerated, but been shot on two different occasions just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time it's crazy. But living in Los Angeles this kind of violence is very prominent like that just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I never in my life thought I would be paralyzed and go through anything this hard being confined to a wheelchair and just going through my situation in general has caused me a lot of pain and losses. I've lost people in life I've never thought I would lose to gun violence and the others I lost just dealing with my situation they abandoned me like I was nobody. But when I was up on my feet everybody was in my face or needed me. This situation showed me when you go through something detrimental in life you find out who's really there for you. God has a way of humbling you with life. So make sure you make the right choices because it may cost you your peace and sanity. But it may also elevate you to a whole new person because you needed to kill off that old version of you to be the best version of you. I'm still confined to a wheelchair but, my perspective has changed and I have God as my strength and refuge.
So as it says in the Bible Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" and that's what I keep on telling myself as I push myself every day to get better mentally physically spiritually. Peace and blessings to y'all I love y'all.

In the Bible in Psalms 34:17-18 it says God hears our cry. God sees every tear you cry. Not one moment of your pain goes unnoticed by Him. So remember, you don’t have to hide your tears from God. You can cry, pray, and pour your heart out to Him. Sometimes tears express what words cannot.
(Psalms 34:17-18)
“The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.”

Our life should glorify and praise God. When God shows us His goodness and fulfills His promises, we should give Him the glory and praise He deserves. Just as the shepherds shared in the joy of Jesus’ birth, we should share our testimony and tell others about the wonderful things God has done in our lives. I want my testimony to point others toward You, so they may see Your goodness through my life and come to know Your love.

Prayer:Lord Heavenly Father, thank You for all You have done and continue to do in my life. May my words, actions, and testimony always bring glory to Your name. In Jesus name, Amen🙏🏽

God wants us to stay away from evil and follow His Word. When we listen to Him and live His way, we grow stronger in faith and find true happiness. Like a tree planted by water, we stay rooted in God and grow spiritually, producing good fruit in our lives.

As believers, we cannot afford to sleep spiritually while the world pulls us away from God. We must stay watchful, guard our hearts, and remain sober-minded in everything we do. The enemy wants us distracted, discouraged, and unaware of the dangers around us. But God calls us to stand firm, remain prayerful, and keep our eyes on Him. Don’t let the world put your spirit to sleep. Stay grounded in God’s Word, be alert to what influences your life, and never let your faith grow cold.

Prayer:Lord Heavenly Father, keep my spirit awake, my mind clear, and my heart focused on You. Help me remain watchful and faithful every day. In Jesus name, Amen🙏🏽

God calls everyone, especially those in positions of power, to act with wisdom, fairness, and righteousness. The world still has many injustices that need to be addressed, but God sees what is happening and hears the cries of those who are suffering. We must treat others with fairness, show mercy, and respect God’s authority. Ultimately, we are called to turn away from wrongdoing and put our trust in Him. We cannot claim to serve a just God while deliberately mistreating His people. Our actions, decisions, and intentions matter to Him. Let justice guide our actions, let mercy guide our hearts, and let our lives reflect the righteousness of God.
(Psalms 2:10-12)

Following Jesus is not about lifting ourselves up, seeking recognition, or putting our pride first. It is about surrendering our will to God, serving others with love, and remaining obedient even when the road is difficult. We should learn to put our pride aside, love without expecting anything in return, and obey God even when obedience requires sacrifice. Because true greatness isn’t found in being above others; it’s found in having a heart willing to serve. If Jesus was willing to humble Himself for us, we should be willing to humble ourselves, serve others, and obey God even when it is difficult. Jesus didn’t just preach humility He lived it.

Prayer: Lord Heavenly Father, make me more like Jesus. Teach me to walk humbly, love genuinely, and obey You faithfully. In Jesus name, Amen 🙏🏽

Sometimes, we remember to call on God when we need help, when we are hurting, or when life gets difficult. But do we remember to call on Him just to say THANK YOU, LORD? God deserves our praise in every season. We should praise Him, thank Him for His blessings, ask for forgiveness, and honor Him not just for what He does for us, but for who He is. Even when life isn’t going the way we planned, God is still worthy of our praise. Every breath we take is another opportunity to give Him glory. Let your prayers be more than requests. Let them be filled with praise, gratitude, repentance, and love for the One who never stops being faithful. Let us not seek God only for what He can give us, but love and praise Him for who He is.
(Psalms 113:1-4)

The enemy may form the weapon, people may speak against me, and trials may come my way, but I will not live in fear! I know who holds my life in His hands.
God never promised that we would never face opposition. He reminds us that opposition does not have to determine our outcome. Every lie, every judgment, and every attempt to discourage us is an opportunity to stand firm in our faith and trust in His promises. I may not be able to control what people say or do, but I can control whether I allow their words to steal my peace. My identity is not found in people’s opinions; it is found in God. I am covered by His grace, strengthened by His Word, and held by His promises. My righteousness comes from Him, and my victory belongs to Him!

Prayer:Lord Heavenly Father, thank You for being my protector and defender. Help me stand firm when people speak against me, trust You through every trial, and never allow fear to weaken my faith. Remind me that my righteousness comes from You. In Jesus’ name, Amen🙏🏽

Sometimes, we don’t walk away from God all at once. We slowly drift through little compromises, distractions, disobedience, and moments when we put everything else before Him. We cannot allow the little things of this world to pull us away from the One who gives us life, peace, and salvation. We must be intentional about our relationship with Him, seek His Word, and walk in obedience.

God wants us to remain joyful, keep praying, and be thankful in every situation. Even when life gets hard, we can still trust Him because He never leaves us alone.
Rejoice evermore: Keep your joy in the Lord, even during difficult times.
Pray without ceasing: Stay connected to God through prayer throughout your day.
In every thing give thanks: Thank God in good times and bad times, trusting Him even when you don’t understand what He is doing.
You may not always be happy about what you’re going through, but you can still have joy in God, pray through your struggles, and thank Him for His faithfulness.
Remember, giving thanks in every situation doesn’t mean you have to be thankful for the pain. It means trusting God to carry you through it.

Prayer:Lord Heavenly Father, Help me to rejoice in every season, pray without ceasing, and give thanks in all circumstances. Even when life gets hard, strengthen my faith and remind me of Your unfailing love. May my heart always trust You and my life bring You glory.

In Luke 11:27–28, a woman praises Jesus by honoring the mother who gave birth to Him. But Jesus teaches that the truly blessed are those who hear the Word of God and obey it. Being blessed is not just about who we are, what we have, or what others think of us. True blessings come from having a relationship with God, trusting His Word, and living according to the Lord. So we live with hope because God’s Word gives us hope, His promises strengthen our faith, and His presence reminds us that we are never without Him. Even when life gets difficult, we can remain blessed because our hope is in the Lord.
