I.V. PRESENTS — THURSDAY, AUGUST 27 @ TV Lounge

I.V. Presents is back. And once again, DJ I.V. is using the series to do what he does best — create a dance floor where Detroit’s underground meets fresh voices, new sounds, and artists pushing things forward.

This round brings two very different but seriously compelling artists to the room.

🔥 RON MIST — Pittsburgh-based DJ and producer whose journey from house into deeper, more percussive techno was sparked by a transformative Claude Young Jr. set in 2022. Since then, Mist has been building his own techno parties and sharing bills with artists like DJ Seoul, WTCHCRFT, Lauren Flax and DJ T-1000. Expect deep, driving, rhythmic sets that move between 4/4 and breaks — always with the dance floor in mind.

🔥 SHAWESCAPE RENEGADE — Detroit electronic artist, producer, DJ and cultural creative operating at the intersection of Electro, Techno, Techno Bass and Detroit Jit culture. With releases on Tresor Records and Submerge Sessions, appearances at Movement and work reaching international audiences and contemporary art spaces, Shawescape brings a sound and performance rooted deeply in Detroit while looking straight toward the future.

Two perspectives. Two cities. One dance floor.

Thursday, August 27. TV Lounge. DJ I.V. and friends.

Come see what I.V. Presents has been building — and be part of the next round.

🎟️ Get your tickets. Don’t miss this one. https://ra.co/events/2517847 taken in Tv Lounge by @ron.mist

YOOOOOOO!!
I have a handful of gigs coming up, and these will be some of my last before the big move at the end of the year. I’d love to see your face on the dance floor!!!

This Saturday, I have the great pleasure of rocking Planet Lush, next Thursday I play with my dear friend I.V. in Detroit, and first Friday in September I’ll be layin down some house at TWIRL!
I’m truly so fucking excited for all of these. Great parties with greater people.

Oh. You thought we were gonna let summer end without one last TWIRL? Tuh! 💅🏽

Pittsburgh’s c*nty little house music party is SAUR BACK Friday, September 4th (Beyoncé’s birthday BTW). 🪩

We’re taking over @bottlerocketpgh and brining a literal gang of baddies and friends along with us.

THEE @gayfelony is joining us from Los Angeles. Our nightlife cousin @ron.mist is making his TWIRL DEBUT (years in the making mind you). And of course the Mayoress of Twirlville @rojowashere will be conjuring as well. 🎧

So… yeah. That’s it for the moment. Perhaps we’ll announce some more surprises later. 🎟️’s are live NOW. See 🔗 provided.

Sidebar: We would reccomend NOT missing this. Cause ya never know how long you’ll have to wait for the next one. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Oh and BTW this is TRULY a PROPER house music party. If you don’t love underground music then this probably isn’t your thing no shade. 🫦

Also if you don’t enjoy dancing, smiling, giggling, being hot, meeting new people, making out, serving c*nt, being the main character, feeling fierce, mischief, twirling, spinning, dipping, sweating, and overall having a fun + happy time then this also probably isn’t your thing. And that’s okay! 🫂

See you at the function! XO taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @ron.mist

Unc mode activated!!!! I love these teeny tiny lil beans so much! 😭😭 So proud of my bruv and sis-in-law for how gracefully they’re taking on the experience of first-time parents with preemie TWINS!! You’d be surprised how often the tiniest humans in the world need their miniature diapers changed. 😳
Cannot wait for the next Winnie + Posey snuggle sesh! :) ❤️ by @ron.mist
