It’s been about roughly 6 months since I’ve taken myself off HGH and a lot of other “supplements” — products that honestly became my crutch and was otherwise doing more harm than good.
It was really tough going cold turkey, considering how long I was dependent on them.
Mood swings, fatigue, loss of appetite, atrophy.. all of it.

I convinced myself over the years that the commitment to maintaining this “relationship” with the excess bs
was in the name of health, but to be honest,
it was purely in service to my ego.

Please let me be the one to tell you, it is not that f*cking serious to go those lengths. Health is wealth, yes, but at what cost?

If you are on a journey with fitness, at any capacity,
it is a million times better to do it the natural way.
Natural in every sense of the word.

Nobody — and i mean, nobody — needs to fall for the facade like I have all these years.

You’re beautiful.
You’re handsome.
You’re strong.
You’re impressive.

You have everything you need to succeed.
without the scams, smoke and mirrors.

It is not worth jeopardizing longevity for short term, shallow validation.

Just give it your all and know that will be enough, always. by @ron.uelle
