It’s been a long time since I’ve danced on a team or performed on stage, and wow… my body definitely felt it!!

Being apart of Projection this season was truly magical. Dancing alongside such incredible humans was a gift, and I’m so grateful I had this opportunity.

Thank you to our beautiful and talented directors, and to everyone who came to support me at the show. The love I felt was overwhelming. I’m so lucky to have family, friends, and students who make me feel so special 💕 Love you all!! by @ron_bon24

To all the early mornings, late nights, and some sleepless ones too. To all the hardships and heaviness that are different than ever experienced before. The time lost from overthinking and feeling disconnected, knowing relationships and comfort zones are shifting. When everyone and everything seems to be evolving around you but not with you. Although these are undeniably heartbreaking experiences I’m beginning to learn they often teach us the most. Like remembering the late night food runs that turned into heart to heart laughing therapy sessions. The late night Tuesday movies, making cookies, plane rides that transport us to the most memory building experiences. Summer nights, football games, poolside, tanning sessions. Hours spent in the studio, amazingly exhausting competition days, people getting excited when you walk into a room or making you feel like they always want you around. Spontaneous “craft” nights and Sunday spent rearranging my room. There’s so much good and often it’s found in the little things. So here is your reminder that just because life isn’t turning out exactly how you expected or wanted it to it doesn’t mean that you’re doing it wrong. So here’s to filling my 2025 with new experiences, getting out of my comfort zone, not being afraid to try new things. All while remembering to look back and realize just how far I’ve come and how far the so to be said a “little things” have impacted who I am. All while remembering that everything is unfolding exactly the way it’s supposed to. Life is good!! by @ron_bon24

Been off social media for a while now, but couldn’t pass up sharing this dance season with you all! Can’t believe it’s already over, it was a wild one! Greatful for my tribe who have supported and loved me through this crazy ride. So lucky I get to do what I love with so many people I love! Proud, greatful and ready to do it all again! I’ve been off of social media for a little while now. But I figured now is a great time for an update. So here is my 2023 recap! It’s kind of long, so if you don’t care, feel free to scroll 🤣
2023 definitely came with it’s twist and turns and different challenges. This summer we lost my cousin Casey, he was more like a brother and it left a big hole in our hearts. In late November I had to have surgery and I’ve been out of commission for about 5 weeks now. It was a surgery that was needed but it has been super hard for me to put my life on hold. The surgery actually kicked my butt in ways I was never expecting. But I am so grateful to say that I am doing great, all things considered! Shout out to my doctors, my support system and my savior. Also a huge thanks to all of my people! I couldn’t be more grateful for your prayers, visits, FaceTime calls, pictures, love and support through this time! I am getting ready to go back to the studio, which is the best news ever! And I am slowly getting back to my regular every day activities! 2023, of course had its major highlights as well. I went to Disneyland twice (somehow it still never seems like enough). Haha! I went to Boston in the fall to visit some family and dang is Boston a beautiful city! I spent a lot of time teaching, which if you know me, you know that is my happy place! I also spent a lot of time with the people who mean a lot to me, which is always my favorite part! 2023 was filled with lots of Diet Coke runs, family reunions, parties, a few Utah games, all of my favorite people, lots of late nights, and lots of laughs! I really am so grateful for this life I live, and the people I have surrounding me! Thanks to all of you who have made 2023 so great! Let’s bring on 2024 🎉 by @ron_bon24
