After 10 years in reality TV, I’ve decided it’s time to step away and hang up the pink fluffy coat. 🧥

I started this journey at 21, and what a journey it’s been. I’ve experienced some incredible highs, but also a lot of abuse, judgement and moments that have left me emotionally exhausted from constantly having my life discussed, dissected and talked about.

But amongst all of that, there has been so much love. The people who supported me, defended me, watched every show, came to see me and stuck around through every chapter — I will never forget you. ❤️

To every producer, crew member and person who believed in me and gave me opportunities over the last 10 years, thank you. You helped shape a huge part of my life and I’ll always be grateful.

Now it’s time for something different. 🐶✂️
Here’s to Edith’s Happy Place, quieter days, doing something I love and enjoying the finer things in life.

There’s something so lovely about just being normal. 🤍

No spotlight, no pressure, no trying to be anything other than myself.

Just me, surrounded by animals, getting to know their little personalities, earning their trust and becoming their safe person. 🐶✨

There’s something so special about a nervous dog slowly relaxing beside you, a little tail starting to wag, or those moments when they realise they’re safe.

I think I’ve finally found something that makes me feel completely connected — to animals, to myself, and to a much quieter kind of happiness.

Maybe this is what I was looking for all along. 🐾🤍

💙 Happy 10th Birthday to the most loving, weirdest and most harmless little snapper I know. 😂🐾

Mildred, you have taught me so much about patience, strength and unconditional love. You came into our family completely randomly, and somehow you ended up exactly where you were always meant to be. ❤️

You might be nervous, stubborn, dramatic and occasionally remind us that you still have teeth 😂… but underneath it all, you are the sweetest little soul, and I honestly couldn’t imagine our family without you.

I wish you another fun-filled year of chasing cats, demanding cuddles, keeping us on our toes, unnecessary vet trips, plenty of treats and, of course, the occasional bite or two. 😂🐶

You are forever my girl, and I hope you know just how loved you are.

I’m 32 years old, and last night I got to revisit my childhood. ❤️

For a few hours, I was taken back to the excitement, the memories, the trauma, the difficult experiences, but also all the beautiful moments that shaped me. And somehow, through all those years, Hilary Duff has always been there — a little piece of my childhood that never really left me.

Leaving Dublin today feeling genuinely emotional and incredibly grateful. I can’t thank @matthewkoma enough for supporting Hilary on this magical journey and helping bring her back to us. What a beautiful thing it has been to witness.

A huge hello to @__jamesmarino__ too — ridiculously talented, and yes… I have a massive crush. 😂🎸❤️

Thank you, Hilary, for reconnecting me with the good times and reminding me of the person I was, the person I’ve become, and all the memories in between.

And most importantly, thank you to my mum for doing this with me. I genuinely can’t imagine experiencing that concert with anyone else. Sharing that moment with the person who has been beside me through everything made it even more special.
