🥇1st Place Classic Physique Novice Champion
🥉3rd Place Classic Physique Open B class (same last show)

What’s next for Ron? 🤔

This show closes out my 2026 competitive season, so it’s nice to head into the offseason to improve on a high note. Time to add more quality muscle in specific areas while staying at my weight cap of 202lbs is always the challenge.

I was very happy to be a small part of this amazing short film “the MOONLUCK Wonton” directed by @siddiqsaunderson & produced by Ashley Cimone @equatorproductions 🎬

Special thanks to @anthonyprinceleslie for the opportunity to perform as one of the Mobsters acting for the scene. It’s really cool to see your project many months later come to life from your Lense to the screen 📽️🎬

It was great to be around so many talented different Artist downtown last night for the live screen viewing of “By a Hair” & “MoonLuck Wonton” .

Being a Brooklyn native myself, it’s great to see @equator.studio and this team extenuating the bklyn Artisty, vintage look, it’s a black & white film shot from a old school lense into a fisheyes view into today’s modern look.

I don’t just tell my son how to do it — I get out there and I do it with him. That’s walking the talk. ⚾️🤎
