Want to invest in multifamily but don’t know where to start?

Before you buy an apartment building, understand these 3 numbers:

NOI: What the property earns after operating expenses, before debt payments.

Cap Rate: The property’s NOI divided by its purchase price.

Cash Flow: What’s left after operating expenses and mortgage payments.

You don’t have to own an apartment building to start learning how to invest in one.

Education first. Action next. Wealth built with intention.

What’s stopping you from scaling in multifamily? 👀

Is it fear? Lack of knowledge? Not enough capital? Or are you simply waiting until you feel “ready”?

Here’s what I’m learning: you don’t have to know everything to take the next step. You just have to be willing to get in the right rooms, ask better questions, build relationships, and TAKE ACTION.

The market isn’t waiting for us to feel ready.

Neither should our goals. 🔑🏢
