Saying all my thank yous to those who rallied behind me! This is such an experience and if given a chance, I would definitely do it again. 🏳️‍🌈Everything I wore was styled by my BF @rikrasos and my sisters @rjcsantos and @nicoloeaux ❤️MUA by @mygardeviance thank you babe! Plakado that night.If my younger self competed, Id be crying the sh*t out for not making it in the top 5 but life isn’t always about winning but living. My 2026 Pride month is a such an experience. SEASON 1: ✅Closing my first 12 mos of muscle building and body recomposition. Started at 36.7% PBF and peaked at 20.4% PBF near season end is no freakin’ joke.Pardon me but Im just really happy that I decided to do this. This fitness journey is not linear but cosistency is key. Still amazed by the results and excited for next. One of the best decisions I made this year is to lock in and focus on my fitness. 8 months in but to forever na to. 💪🏽I started at 36.7% PBF and now down at 20.7%. Malayo pa kami sa goal namin but I commend myself for the progress day by day. Siguro, hindi lang proper form ang natutunan ko dito but also learned to fix my relationship with food and yung discipline to show up day by day.Sabi nga nila, “Trust the process”. Walang short cut to fitness but to commit. Shout out pala @coach_jan_a_ifbb 💪🏽 . For now kain muna ako ah.
