Upon arrival at the winery, the clusters underwent rigorous sorting, followed by crushing 🫗 and fermentation 🫧 in temperature-controlled 🌡️ stainless steel tanks. Following pressing, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels 🪵🇫🇷 to age for 18 months, after which it was filtered and bottled. The wine displays a deep purple color 🟣 and features aromas and flavors of black forest fruits—such as blueberries 🫐, black cherries 🍒, plums, and blackberries 🫒—alongside notes of vegetal undertones 🥦, chocolate 🍫, black pepper 🐾, subtle spices 🫘, and violets 🪻. It is full-bodied with mild acidity and medium tannins, boasting a long, excellent finish truly a fine wine cheers and happy Sukkot and wonderful week 🥰🎼🕺🏼🍷. #יין

On a Friday afternoon, we opened the Psagot Winery “Rosa” (2024 vintage)—produced from Pinot Noir Morvader Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier grapes. 🤏🍇 From the winery’s vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains 🍇🎋 Upon arrival at the winery, the grape clusters underwent crushing. 🫗 Pressing and fermentation 🫧 in stainless steel tanks. At a cold 🧊 and controlled 🌡️ temperature for a month It is then aged in French oak barrels 🪵🇫🇷 for 5 months. After filtration and racking, the rosé was bottled. It features an antique pink hue 🎀 and offers aromas and flavors of peach 🍑, lime 🍋‍🟩, cherry 🍒, apple 🍎, sour candy 🍬, strawberry sorbet 🍧, and florals 🌺🌸.
