Just a few of my official HYROX photos. Still riding this high and feeling incredibly proud! 💪❤️ by @ronimal_92
This weekend, I completed my first HYROX race in Washington, DC! 💪🏃‍♂️ I finished in 2 hours and 27 minutes. Was I the fastest on the course? No. 😂 But that’s not what this race was about for me. I learned a lot about myself over those two hours, pushed through some tough moments, and I’m really proud of myself for finishing! I was especially nervous about the sandbag lunges, but I was able to complete them without putting the sandbag down! 💪 And the wall balls… I had 3 no-reps, meaning 3 reps didn’t count. So I had to do 103 wall balls to get my 100 counted reps, pretty damn proud of that. 💪 And of course, a trip to DC wouldn’t be complete without a stop at the Air and Space Museum to see Discovery! 🚀 This was my first HYROX, but definitely not my last. Can’t wait for the next one! 🔥 Thank you all for your support! ❤️ #HYROX #HYROXDC #FirstHYROX #onepeloton #proudofmyself by @ronimal_92
I’ve been training for HYROX for the past several months, and on Saturday June 20th I finally got to put it to the test with my first Half HYROX race @thecornergym_ #beavercountyhyrox HYROX is basically running mixed with a bunch of fitness challenges designed to make you question all your life choices. After months of training, it felt amazing to finally see it all come together. I’m happy to say I finished, learned a ton, and had a great race. Even better, this was a big step toward my main HYROX race in Washington, DC this September. by @ronimal_92
