Lesson learned. I *used* to take my bike to a shop called "the shop" in Salem. The oil filter shouldn't ever be more than hand tight. If it wasn't such a problem, I'd be impressed with how tight they managed to get the oil filter on without crushing it. When I called to file a complaint. Because 2 of the last 3 times I've taken it to them, I got it back in worse condition than I dropped it off in. Jason, the owner, I don't hate you, you do good work. It's one of your other guys, and Rhett's approach to customer service which has not only lost my business but all of my referrals. Which for the record are an estimated 25% of your business. If you see this post and come after me for it, there are a number of solutions I can think of to squash this issue. My favorite of which involves me taking you to small claims court and tying you up financially and legally so bad that I own your shop by the end of FY2024. by @ronin_tel2
