Even when I thought I had discipline , I encountered a detox that made me strengthen it 😂 !

Thank You God for the strength because whew…

I encourage everyone to detox! Imagine moving and unpacking but every time 4-5 times a day there comes a truck with more boxes to unpack… you can’t get to the other boxes already in the house and are trying to clear everything up before the next truck comes in 3/4hours… that’s your body. It is always ON! Give it some time to reset… it’s so busy taking care of everything coming in it has no time to focus internally and work on what’s there and make it better !

I’ve had dark under eyes for a long time and poof… gone after a month detox .

This is proof that your body is indeed made up of everything you fuel it! As well as your mind 🤍

Yes we are open ❤️ Bible Study every other Thursday night @ 7:30 PM EST . Share and repost! DM for link

This is a virtual women’s Bible study with occasional in person meet ups!

In our class we read to understand the Bible how God wants us to understand and know it. We eliminate any fleshly interpretation or twisting of the word, and most importantly we recognize that Jesus meets you where you are , but the goal is to not stay the same.
