To understand me now is to understand where I come from.

In both seasons I felt alone.
But this season?
Even when I’m physically alone, God is so present. This is the closest I’ve felt to Him in years — like He pulled up a chair right beside me and said, ‘Daughter, I’ve been here the whole time.’

I’m in a season of building a table.
A soft place.
A landing spot for women who look like me, pray like me, cry like me, carry crowns like me.

Because I didn’t have one in either season.
Each season I was searching for a shoulder that didn’t require a performance… a space that didn’t come with a price… just authenticity, gentleness, and truth.

So now I’m creating what I needed.
A table where women can set their burdens down and still feel held.

This is restoration.
This is becoming.
This is God’s work in me. by @ronishaarlene

Hey friend! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ronisha Arlene Levy, daughter of Ronald Eugene Levy Sr. & Samella Johnson-Levy Cohran. I’m a Memphis girl through and through, with a bubbly, outgoing spirit that loves being the life of the party.

Some say I have a “STRONG” personality—whatever that means! 😂😂😂

I’m proud of the skin I’m in, and I’m even prouder of where I come from. I’ll shout it from the rooftops until my last breath. At 10, I lost my mother, and for years, I let that define me. But now, I see how it made me stronger and opened my eyes to life’s many colors. 🎨

I am NOT event planner—I’m a curator of joyful experiences. I host social wellness events designed to help people live more fully in the present and find more joy in their everyday lives.

My core values?
Faith, fellowship, and flowers.

“It’s in me. Not on me.”

I believe in bringing people together over flowers and allowing God to be present. Period. The more I step into this purpose, the more I embrace it, and I can’t wait to share what’s coming next. So stay tuned for lots of mindful Mondays, wellness Wednesdays, and a whole lot of genuine, authentic socializing.

Welcome to Ronisha Arlene. 🌷

Full. My life lately. 🥹🤎

My God. I am FULL.

The last three days, I have been poured back into in ways I didn’t even know I needed. And baby, I have cried. Not the cute little tears either. I’m talking ugly cries. The kind that come from somewhere deep in your soul when you realize God has been working the entire time.

I could shout right now because God is doing something so much bigger than me. And this time, He’s not just changing what’s happening around me. He’s changing what’s happening WITHIN me.

I looked up and I had community. MY GOD. People who love me. People who see me. People who pour into me without asking for anything in return. And somewhere along the way, I stopped focusing on everything that had gone wrong, everything I thought I had failed at, and started seeing everything that was going right.

And the beautiful part? I started pouring into myself, too.

Life isn’t perfect. Not even close. But something about this season feels so RIGHT. I’m learning to be still. To receive love. To give love freely. To stop fighting the process and just let God be God.

I spent so much time asking Him to change my circumstances, and all along He was preparing my heart to receive what I’d been praying for.

I am humbled. I am grateful. I am surrounded. I am loved.

And for the first time in a long time, I’m not looking at what I lack. I’m overwhelmed by what I have.

I thought I needed more. God showed me how full my life already was.

Thank You, Jesus. For the people. For the lessons. For the stillness. For the tears. For the love. For every single thing You are doing in me.

I don’t have all the answers, but I have so much gratitude.

Full. Not because everything is perfect, but because God is present.

Before you set the table, set the mood.

Every gathering deserves a soundtrack.

The kind that makes you smile when the first song comes on. The kind that takes you back to your mama’s kitchen, a family cookout, or a Sunday afternoon when nobody was in a hurry to go home.

This Sunday, we’re gathering around the table for DUO, our second Sunday Supper experience.

And today, I’m inviting you into the atmosphere we’re creating.

I’ve put together a playlist filled with the sounds of soul, nostalgia, connection, and the beautiful chemistry that happens when two artists come together.

Because hospitality isn’t just about what we serve.

It’s about how we make people feel.

The playlist is ready. The table is being set. And the music is already playing.

Listen through the link in my bio.

Tell me: What’s one duet that will forever have a place in your heart?

I was cleaning and trying to record a voiceover, but honestly, I kept getting emotional. So let me tell you here. 🥹

During my devotional this morning, the prompt was to write down three things that are better in my life today than they were one year ago.

Something told me to look through my pictures.

And there it was. The original Suite Brew logo. The merch. The menu. Me baking and making donuts. Ideas I had been working on, little by little.

Sometimes I get so caught up in what I still need to do that I forget to acknowledge what I’ve already done. But this morning, I got to SEE my progress.

Man. What a blessing.

I remember how I felt during some of those days. Looking at those pictures now, I want to give that version of me a hug. Girl, thank you for continuing.

That song came to mind, and all I could think was, “This time, I will be fine.”

I am here. Still creating. Still finding joy in something God put in me.

Go back through your pictures sometime. You might find a little encouragement you didn’t know you saved.

I became the “come over, I’m cooking” friend because feeding people is one of the ways I love them.

A little music. Something warm on the stove. A kitchen that feels like you can take your shoes off, stay longer than planned, and go back for seconds.

That’s the feeling behind Sunday Supper.

Onward and upward, girl. 🤎

For years, I talked about starting a supper club. In August, I finally opened my door. This Sunday, I’m preparing for my second one, and all nine seats are filled. 🥹

I’m still figuring things out. Testing ideas, working through details, and learning what it takes to bring the feeling in my head into an actual room.

DUO is built around familiar pairings. Marvin and Tammi. Roberta and Donny. Good food and the kind of conversation that keeps you at Grandma’s kitchen table after everybody has finished eating.

Seeing those nine seats fill reminded me to acknowledge how far I’ve come. I spent years wanting to do this. Now I’m doing the work of getting ready for company.

This Motivational Monday, give yourself a chance to begin. Let yourself learn along the way. And when something you once prayed about becomes part of your everyday life, take a minute to recognize it.

I’m proud I started.

Onward and upward. One table at a time.

What’s one thing you’re finally giving yourself a chance to do?

SOLD OUT, GIRL.

Nine seats. Nine women. One kitchen table.

In less than six hours, every seat for The Table, No. 02 — DUO was spoken for.

And the beautiful part? These women told me why they wanted to come.

Community. Friendship. Sisterhood. Conversation. Joy.

Different women. Different stories. All looking for a place to belong.

That’s why I created Floral & Spice.

Not simply to serve beautiful food, but to create the feeling of sitting around Grandma’s kitchen table. Where the music is good, the laughter is loud, and nobody’s rushing you out the door.

To every woman who said yes, thank you for trusting me with a piece of your Sunday.

October 18, we’re making memories.

The Table is full. The door is still open.

Come In, Girl. There’s a place for you here.

With love and a little spice,
Ronisha Arlene

Girl, you don’t have to know everybody to feel at home.

On Sunday, October 18, I’m welcoming nine women to Duo, the second Floral & Spice supper club in Atlanta.

Southern comfort. R&B pairs. Stories between bites. That grown folks’ table at Grandma’s house kind of feeling.

Come alone if you need to. There’s someone here ready to welcome you, hear your story, and make room for you to settle in.

RSVP at floralandspice.com → The Table.

When I say I’m a gatherer, I’m thinking about Grandma’s kitchen table.

You know that feeling.

You walk in, somebody asks if you’ve eaten, and you already know where to get a glass. There’s a conversation happening, and you pull up a chair right in the middle of it.

Somebody’s telling a story you’ve heard before. Let her tell it. It’s still funny. 😂😂😂😂😂

The plates get cleared, but everybody stays seated. We get to talking about something else, somebody wants a little more to drink, and that quick visit turns into the whole afternoon.

That feeling stays with you.

It’s what I want you to feel when you come into Floral & Spice. Familiar enough to settle in. Comfortable enough to be quiet. Free enough to laugh how you laugh and tell the story the way you tell it.

I love the flowers. I love setting the table. And baby, you know I care about the food. I’m putting all of that care into a place I hope you’ll want to linger.

A place you leave thinking, “I needed that.”

Come In, Girl. There’s a place for you here.
