last week i shot in the same studio where i had my very first photoshoot at four years old !! 🥹💛

while getting my makeup done, i noticed a framed picture on the wall and thought, wait… i know that magazine. i used to have a copy somewhere and suddenly remembered shooting for @oililyworld back in the 90s— the only kids shoot i’ve ever done. it wasn’t a picture of me but i recognised it from the same issue i was in.

so i asked the studio manager how long the studio had been around. he said more than 30 years, so i told him: this is probably going to sound really weird, but i had my first job here almost 28 years ago.

and he was like, well… then i took that picture of you.

he went through his archives, found the original issue and let me take it home.

what are the odds !! probably the proudest magazine feature i own.
