POSTS STORIES REELS

Yesterday it was your Birthday.
8 years of watching you grow. 8 years of motherhood.

Filled with beautiful lessons, challenges, surprises, and a love deeper than I ever knew was possible.

You are my biggest teacher, and I am forever grateful.

I love you more than words could ever say.

Thank you for being you, my little wonder. 🤍 by @ronjars

Finally, it’s here.

This website is a huge milestone for me. Over the past few months, I’ve built it myself… no web developer, no AI, no graphic designer. Just me, with the support of some amazing friends who gave me honest and constructive feedback along the way.

Thank you for your support my loves 😘

Building this website reminded me that my perfectionistic tendencies are still there. I had to let go more than once, work through my overthinking, and push past phases of procrastination. These are patterns I’ve been working on for years. They still show up sometimes, but I’ve come such a long way, and I can genuinely say I’m proud of myself. 🥹

I wanted to share this because, as a compassion coach, I have my own battles too and sometimes I still do. Growth isn’t about never struggling; it’s about learning to meet yourself with compassion and continuing anyway. ❤️

If my work resonates with you and you’d like to share it with someone who might benefit from it, I’d be so grateful. ✨

Life lately 🤍

Working with dream clients, lunch and coffee dates by myself and with friends, spending time in nature to regulate and reconnect, working out regularly and soaking up precious moments with my baby and my besties.

Dancing my heart out, laughing often, and appreciating the big and little moments.

At the same time, accepting that life isn't always as easy as it may seem from the outside. There are emotions, hormones, challenges, and all the other things we carry quietly through our days.

Right now, I just feel unbelievably grateful. For this season, for the people around me, and for all the beautiful, messy, ordinary moments that make up this life.

Understand yourself to understand the world around you, understand the world around you to understand yourself.

inner clarity enhances your understanding of the world, and worldly insight deepens your self understanding.
