I’m going to be real with you: I’m at a turning point in my life. Spirit has made it clear—it’s time for me to choose my purpose without hesitation. Womb2Worthy is more than a passion; it’s the work that keeps me up at night, the mission that fills my soul. And I can’t keep treating it as a side project while balancing a 9-5 just to get by.

This is about impact, about creating a lasting legacy of healing for Black women and our communities. It’s time for me to step into the role of CEO full-time, to focus on building Womb2Worthy into a system of support that will help generations of women find healing and sisterhood.

But I can’t do this alone. I’m asking for the support of my community to reach our goal of $250,000. These funds are needed to sustain our work—research, essential technology, and assembling a team that shares our vision. Every contribution, every share, helps us take a step forward. Click the link below for a detailed breakdown of how your support makes a difference.

And I want to share a personal piece of my journey: my relationship with my mom has transformed. I’ve let go of the resentment I once carried. I see her strength now, surviving against all odds, showing up every day as best she can. I’ve learned to approach our relationship from a place of forgiveness and growth, not by erasing the past, but by building from where we are now. It’s a journey of mutual healing and friendship.

My own path to forgiveness wasn’t easy. It was built through years of study, certifications, therapy, reading, tears, surgeries, and exploring our generational patterns. I’ve taken all of this and created a space where women can do the same in community—where they can find understanding, compassion, and belonging.

This is about building a movement, and it starts now. Your support means everything. Let’s make healing and empowerment a reality for the women who need it most. Link in bio by @ronnettshadon

Meeting myself over and over again… and falling in love with every version of me. 💜

Some parts of me are new. Other parts are simply coming back home.

The social butterfly. The woman who loves community. The woman who moves her body, starts conversations with strangers, travels, networks, wears her locs freely, and takes up space unapologetically.

This year has been TRANSFORMATIVE. From the gym to the classroom, from intentional friendships to new connections, from emotional dysregulation to greater emotional awareness… baby, I’m outside AND doing my inner work!

And that’s what self-mothering looks like in real life. Not just nurturing the wounded parts of ourselves, but creating the safety, permission, and encouragement to become who we’ve always deserved to be.

Shoutout to the beautiful woman I connected with in Vallarta @maratontrain , my mentor Mama Cain @livingintact , and the community at Blackbird House @the.blackbird.house Because healing also happens in community. 🫶🏾

I’m unbigging my back, moving my body, regulating my emotions, and making room for joy.

I’m not becoming somebody else. I’m returning to myself, with more wisdom, intention, and self-love.

Who else is meeting a new version of themselves while reconnecting with an old one?

Some trips don’t make it out the chat and some friendships don’t make it back. That ain’t my story though. Grateful for the people that call me out and call me in 🫶🏾

The older I get, the more grateful I am for sisterhood that feels like home. 🤎

The kind where we compliment each other without comparison, celebrate each other without competition, and stay in our own lanes while still cheering loudly from the sidelines.

Where we can be similar without becoming the same.
Different without becoming distant.
Honest without becoming harsh.
Accountable without withholding love.

This is what I have.
And this is what Womb 2 Worthy cultivates through the Self-Mothering Method:

accountability, mutual respect, authenticity, and the kind of love that is possible when women are no longer at war with themselves.

Because women who love themselves differently can love each other differently too. 🤎

Because healing is not just processing the past.

Sometimes it looks like a waterfall, a cute dress, a passport stamp, and finally feeling at home in your own body.

Self-mothering taught me this:
I don’t have to earn the good life.

I get to live it.
