After a long road getting this deal across the finish line, the real work begins. This multifamily property has incredible potential, but there is a major renovation journey ahead of us.

Our goal is to completely transform Kirkwood into a high-end, resort-style living experience—combining modern interiors, tropical landscaping, elevated finishes, and thoughtfully designed spaces that residents will be proud to call home.

There will be plenty of challenges, surprises, and difficult decisions along the way, but this is exactly the kind of project we love taking on. We’ll be documenting the entire transformation from the first day of demolition to the final reveal.

Welcome to the Kirkwood journey. Let’s bring this property back to life. 🛠️🌴

🚨 Big milestone achieved! 🚨

After 16 months of planning, revisions, reviews, and waiting, we finally received the all-important Job Card from the city. 🏗️📋

Now the real work begins as we start construction on this beautiful 2,400 sqft, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single-family home in San Francisco. From concept and design to permits and approvals, it’s been a long journey to get to this point.

Excited to take you along for every step of the build as we transform this vision into reality. Stay tuned for demolition, framing, finishes, and the final reveal.

In development, patience isn’t optional—it’s part of the process. Today is a huge win. 🙌

Permits: 100% Approved.
SF Tree Department: Still Loading... ⏳🌳
We’ve checked every box and secured the permits for this $1M build, but in San Francisco, the trees move at their own pace. Ready to get the crews on-site the moment we get that final “okay.”
Who else has been stuck in the SF permit waiting game? 🙋‍♂️
