Another incredible project in the books. 💪🔥

We’re officially wrapping up the Shine Hot Pilates downtown Austin build-out. From concept to completion, it was an awesome experience bringing this vision to life alongside an amazing team.

If you’re in the area, stop by, take a class, and say hello. We know you’re going to love the space as much as we loved bringing it together.

If you’re planning a commercial build-out, remodel, or residential renovation, keep Rootbelt in mind. We’d love to help bring your next project to life.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this project happen. Looking forward to sharing what we’re working on next.

Stay tuned… more exciting projects are on the way. 🚧✨

Meet the team behind Rootbelt. 👋

We’re John and Alex, founders of Rootbelt Design, a residential and commercial construction company based in Austin, Texas.

Like many people in this industry, we started from the ground up. Over the years, we’ve worked on everything from residential remodels to commercial renovations, tenant improvements, and custom projects.

Along the way, we kept seeing the same problem…

Too many projects were plagued by poor communication, missed deadlines, and contractors who disappeared when things got difficult.

We knew there had to be a better way. So we started Rootbelt.

Not just to build great spaces, but to build a company people could trust.

Our promise is simple:
✔️ Honest communication
✔️ Quality craftsmanship
✔️ Real accountability
✔️ Treating every project like it’s our own

At the end of the day, we’re just two guys who genuinely enjoy building and helping people bring their ideas to life.

Whether it’s a home renovation, commercial remodel, tenant improvement, or a custom project, we’d be honored to earn your trust. Thank you for following along as we continue building Rootbelt. We’re excited for what’s ahead.

Busy week on site ⚡️

Sparky’s 🔌 been grinding, running electrical and dialing in every detail of this commercial space. A lot happening behind the walls right now to bring the full vision to life. It’s one thing to see the finished product it’s another to appreciate the coordination, planning, and craftsmanship it takes to get there.

Slowly but surely it’s all coming into fruition. 💚

Downtown Austin project coming to life 💥

We just wrapped installation on these new floors after a full self-level prep, and the transformation is night and day. Clean lines, smooth finish, and built to handle serious traffic exactly how we like it.

Proud of the crew on this one. Attention to detail is everything.

More progress coming soon as we push toward completion.
