If you are a believer, your old self and your old ways were crucified with Christ and you now live with the same Spirit that rose Jesus from the dead. Now that gives you the power to deny your flesh and walk DAILY with the spirit.

Jesus says to follow him you must deny yourself, and take up your cross. When He says this He means this is a daily surrender, deny what your flesh wants to do and follow Christ. With the Spirit inside you, you can conquer any sin strongholds in your life, you just have to kneel before Him and surrender it to Him.

Lukewarmness is a slap on the face to our savior, continuing to go on sinning when you have been set free from it. Surrender your heart and your ways to the Lord, and he will lift you up.

Friday was a day of sorrow, mourning the death of Jesus. Saturday was a dark day, the Son of Man and the light of this world was dead. But Sunday came around and on the third day He is risen! Today we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior because He saved us from eternal death. Praise the Lord!
