Our first table will be on October 8th 19:00 here in Oslo.

The menu will be fall flavors, 3 courses of something delicious 💫

400 NOK - including wine pairing
300 NOK - non alcoholic pairing

Hi beautiful people, we’re Didrik and Tino!

We’ve lived in different places, travelled a lot, and some of our favourite memories have always happened around a table.

A meal cooked by a grandmother in rural Colombia. A dinner with people we’d just met. Stories about food, family and culture that somehow turned strangers into friends and made us forget what time it was.

Oslo can at times be and feel cold. We believe a part of this is related to that we don’t gather around a nice warm table often enough. And experiencing a meal together is often too expensive.

So we thought: why not create the kind of tables we’ve always loved finding around the world?

Good food. Quality ingredients (both true for the food and people) New faces. Long conversations. Sobremesa.

That’s Rooted.

We’ve done it before in Barcelona. Now we’re bringing it to Oslo.

Come for the food, stay for the people.

Our first table is October 8th.
