Your “avocado oil” chips might not be avocado oil. 🥑 A new lawsuit alleges Siete and Simply Tostitos chips were cut with cheaper oils. A UC Davis study found 48 of 54 “avocado oil” products failed purity testing. PepsiCo bought Siete for $1.2B in 2025. Read the label again. The swap: @masa_chips fried in beef tallow. Your coffee is fine. The plastic it touches isn’t. ☕ Boiling water through a plastic coffee maker. A plastic pod. A paper cup lined with plastic, with a plastic lid on top. Every single morning. → Plastic sheds up to 90x more at boiling temp → Paper cups release ~25,000 particles per 100 mL in 15 min → Human brains now carry about a spoonful of plastic Brew in glass or steel. Bring your own mug. Swipe for the studies 👉 #microplastics #coffee #plasticfree #rootedapproved #nontoxicliving @santacruzmedicinals @santacruzpaleo_ by @rootedapproved
Hitting your protein every day means nothing if it came out of a factory... FAKE PROTEIN ❌ 🍔 Fast food - the seed oils it’s cooked in lower your testosterone 🥤 0% absorption protein - a shake in place of a meal leaves you low on every other nutrient 🫛 Soyboy meat - pea protein, which your body absorbs less of than beef 🫘 Anything soy - most soy is GMO and sprayed with weed killer 🍫 Slop bars - the gums holding them together are why you’re bloated 🥡 Estrogen protein - soy is full of plant compounds that act like estrogen in a man’s body 🍨 Fake ice cream - the artificial sweeteners mess up your gut bacteria 🥣 GMO engineered protein - the refined sugar has you tired again by mid morning REAL PROTEIN ✅ 🫀 Liver - B12 and iron, what you’re usually low on when you’re tired all the time 🥛 Raw milk - the natural protein shake, with every amino acid your muscles need 🍳 Eggs - protein in the white, the cholesterol you make testosterone from in the yolk 🥩 Fatty steaks - protein, creatine and zinc for muscle, strength and testosterone 🍽️ Tartare - raw meat is easier to digest, so you absorb more of it 🍣 Salmon - omega 3, which lowers inflammation all over your body 🐟 Sardines - selenium for a healthy thyroid and a faster metabolism @santacruzmedicinals @santacruzpaleo_ #rootedapproved #realfood #protein #rawmilk #ancestralhealth by @rootedapproved
