Hi, I’m Courtney! A travel advisor looking to encourage more people to travel intentionally instead of just checking different destinations off of a bucket list.

I started Rooted Compass Co after realizing that travel can be about finding yourself and remembering what truly matters instead of running away from the day-to-day.

I’ve tasted the yummy meatballs in Sweden that are better than IKEA’s, explored the cafes and museums of Malaga, and experienced Helsinki in all of the seasons to understand why they’re the number one coffee drinking country. I’ve also spent lots of time road tripping in different parts of the US ,drinking wine in California, and exploring some of the national parks.

Through all of these trips I’ve learned something about myself that I couldn’t have learned at home.

If you’ve been dreaming about exploring Europe, road tripping and hiking across the states, or booking that beach vacation in Mexico or the Caribbean - I’d love to make that happen.

DMs are always welcome. Even if you just want to say hi and tell me about your own travels. 🫶 by @rootedcompassco

Literally I’m obsessed! Obsessed with finding the restaurants that AI might miss because they don’t have a strong SEO strategy, hotels with some character that matches the vibe of the place you’re going, and activities that match the whole reason for your trip whether that’s needing to chill or have some adventure.

I’m obsessed with getting to know how you like to travel and seeing the excitement of someone when they’re visiting somewhere they’ve never been before.

Traveling has opened my eyes up to the world and I want to help people learn the things that I have.

If you have a trip coming up and want to make it special, feel free to send a DM and we’ll make it amazing.

The irony is that this song was made using AI because I can’t sing or play an instrument to save my life (hence the suitcase).

But, I do know how to plan a trip. So if you’re looking for support on that then I’m your girl! Send me a DM if you need a little reset.

Literally the best feeling ever is when someone confirms they love the itinerary and tells me it matches the exact vibe they were going for.

All I want is to hear about the memories and to give people a comfortable way of seeing the world.

I’m here to help you if you need some help putting all of the pieces together for your next trip. Just send me a message or check out my website for more info. 🫶

Things like food allergies and not having a car shouldn’t stop people from traveling. Working remotely also doesn’t have to just look like working from a hotel.

There are so many ways to see the world while accommodating what you need. Sometimes those accommodations take some extra time to plan, but that’s what I’m here for.

I just want everyone to see what the world has to offer. Send me a DM if you’re ready to plan something. 🫶

Checking Google flights, researching the best hotels, finding those restaurant recommendations, and making sure the vibe is 100% right for people’s trips are my favorite things to do.

Are you going on a honeymoon, girl’s trip, family vacation or even a solo adventure that you don’t feel like planning but you know you need? I’m here for you! Send me a DM. 🫶

Learning about new cultures and expanding on what you know about the world is such a cool feeling. Who knew that saying “hi” on the street in a different country makes people think there’s something wrong. 😅

Who knew that paying attention to the volume of your voice is important for places like Finland where they like their peace and quiet.

I definitely didn’t think about those things until I went there and was shown that my way of living isn’t the only way.

My favorite part of every trip is learning something new. That can be about myself or about a culture. Travel changes you in the best way and all I want is to help people see that.

If you’re thinking about booking a trip to somewhere unfamiliar and are a bit nervous about it, feel free to send me a DM. I’m here for you. 🫶

AI can get you the general itinerary, but it doesn’t verify hotel prices, if restaurants are actually open, flight options, or the true vibe you’re going for.

That’s what I’m here for! I’ll open all the tabs to make sure your dream trip becomes real.

Send me a DM if you have a trip in mind! 😊
