Hi, I’m Nicole! I teach because movement offers something beyond the physical, it’s about connection, community, and building strength and mobility together. Outside the studio, I love hanging out with my dogs, Peach and Potato, gardening, thrifting, and hiking. My playlists are full of indie, R&B, hip hop, alternative, funk, and house. by @rootedcorehaus
