Meet your co-founder, Brayden. 🌱

He’s one of the two people behind Rooted Dance Collective, and we can’t wait for you to see what he’s built here.

BFA in Dance from ASU. Two contracts with Princess Cruises. A decade of teaching and choreographing across the Phoenix area. A competition judge. A program president. A thesis choreographer.

And now, a co-founder.

Brayden brings everything he’s learned across stages, studios, and classrooms into Rooted Dance Collective. His philosophy is simple: teach the class you were never taught.

If you’re ready to train in a space that takes your growth seriously, we’d love to hear from you. Interest form in bio. 🌱

Meet your co-founder, Maddie. 🌱

She’s one of the two people behind Rooted Dance Collective, and we can’t wait for you to see what she’s built here.

21 years of dance training. A BFA in Dance Performance from Arizona State University. Original works presented at Breaking Ground, ACDA, and ASU Dance Festivals. Six years teaching and choreographing across the Phoenix area.

And now, a co-founder.

Maddie’s philosophy is rooted in something simple: dance education extends far beyond technique. She’s here to develop the whole dancer: confident, self-aware, and empowered to take risks and support the people around them.

If that sounds like the studio you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you. Interest form in bio. 🌱

Lyrical is the space between the music and the movement, where we get to feel, release, remember, and tell the stories words can’t always hold.

Last week, we gave ourselves permission to feel it all, and let the movement say the rest.

Thank you to everyone who joined us 🤍 This class was truly special, and we can’t wait to continue growing with you.

We built a dance studio guided by one grounding principle… Community. No tree in a healthy forest grows alone.

Huge thank you to Giana Garcia for coming out and teaching an incredible Beginner Hip Hop class. Your energy, your artistry, and your heart for teaching made this one to remember. We’re so grateful for the collaboration! 🙏

Thank you to everyone who showed up and gave it their all. Thank you for bringing the energy and trusting us (and Giana!) with your first steps into hip hop. You showed up, you moved, you grew. 🌱

Want more beginner classes like this one? Link in bio.

Let’s keep growing together. 🪴

At Rooted, we believe every dancer deserves a place where they are trained with excellence, supported with intention, and seen as a whole person, not just a performer.
•
We build more than technique. We build confidence, discipline, and community. The kind that lasts long after the final bow.
•
For ages 3 through adult. Recreational and competitive. Phoenix, AZ and the surrounding area.
•
We open this August, and we want you in it from the beginning.
