We can never say thank you enough! Creating a space where women feel safe to engage with others, laugh, cry, smile, and simply be themselves will never be a small feat.

Happy Fridaaayyyy!!! 💫

Ya’ll, we’ve been sitting on pictures and posting, STILL trying to gather the words to describe SZN 5: The Year of the Butterfly… and the only word we’ve come up with is: FELT.

You HAD to be there.
You HAD to experience it for yourself.

We can post all day and interact with you through polls and questions, but something about being in a room full of like-hearted women, stripping off the facade of “having it all together” or being “okay,” hits a special place. 💚

Baby… you just had to feel it. And we did! 🦋

We still have our thank you roll out coming, but for now… we just wanted you to visualize a feeling.

Deidre is a woman whose life and work are rooted in resilience, love, and purpose. After experiencing the unimaginable loss of both of her children, she chose to honor their lives by transforming her grief into meaningful impact for others.

Through @carolynnsjourney and the annual “No One Walks Alone” walk, Deidre shares the story of her late daughter’s battle with stomach cancer while ensuring that Carolyn’s message, memory, and legacy continue to live on. Inspired by her daughter’s book, “When a Caterpillar Metamorphosis to a Butterfly,” Deidre has become a powerful example of turning pain into purpose.

Above all, Deidre treasures her role as a grandmother and finds joy, healing, and strength in being present for her only grandson. Her story is a testament to the enduring power of a mother’s love, the courage to rebuild after loss, and the beauty of creating a legacy rooted in compassion, hope, and faith. by @rootedinyou

@solescapefootspa specializes in restoring the body from the sole up through foot-focused, therapeutic full-body massage rooted in reflexology principles. Her approach to wellness is designed to relieve tension, improve circulation, and support overall balance from head to toe. With a focus on intentional touch and total body care, she creates an experience that leaves clients feeling restored, grounded, and renewed.

@radicalrootswellness is a holistic coaching and consulting practice focused on creating impactful wellness experiences for individuals, communities, and organizations. We design and lead wellness programs, workshops, and life coaching sessions.

@fyfptwellness helps active adults move better, recover faster, and stay pain-free through personalized physical therapy and mobility training. We specialize in injury recovery, assisted stretching, and movement optimization to support long-term health and performance. Our mission is to help people feel stronger, more mobile, and confident in their bodies.

@good_forem Boxes empower kids and young adults to build healthy daily routines through fun, curated self-care and hygiene kits. Each box is thoughtfully filled with clean, natural products that promote confidence, wellness, and positive mental health habits. Meet Stephanie, an educator, maternal health advocate, and community leader committed to strengthening families and supporting mothers through every season.

Stephanie is also the owner of Belle Joie Doula & Family Services, where she provides doula care, childbirth education, lactation peer support, and family consulting centered around maternal wellness and preventing parental burnout.

After the heartbreaking stillbirth of her son, Simeon Jelani, Stephanie founded Propa City Community Outreach (@propacity_co) and created the Team Simeon Grief Support Program to support families navigating pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, and postpartum mental health challenges.

She also serves as a commissioner for the Ellen Story Commission on Postpartum Depression and advocates for more equitable maternal healthcare across Massachusetts.
