For the mamas who feel like there’s just not enough time in the day to get a workout in

Here’s your reminder that you don’t need an hour at the gym to move your body! Sometimes, all you need is your baby, a little music, and a few minutes to yourself (while still keeping your little one close). 🫶🏼

Put on something for your baby to watch, turn on your favorite music, strap your little one in safely, and get moving! 🎶💪🏼

This is a simple, beginner-friendly babywearing leg workout you can try at home when you’re short on time.

Today’s workout:
• Reverse lunges
• Squats
• Romanian deadlifts (RDLs)

Start slow, listen to your body, and remember that doing a little is better than doing nothing. Your workouts don’t have to be perfect or long to count!

To the mama trying to find herself again while raising her little one, you’ve got this. 🤍 One step at a time!

Always make sure your baby is safely positioned with their face visible and airway clear, and only do movements that allow you to maintain balance and support your baby securely.

Mama, in case no one has reminded you lately… 🤍

You are enough. Even on the days when the house is a mess, the laundry is piling up, you’re running on little sleep, and you feel like you haven’t done enough.

Your baby doesn’t need a perfect mom. They need you. Your love, your comfort, your arms, your presence.

One day, you’ll look back and realize that all those little moments you thought weren’t enough were actually everything. 🥹

So take a deep breath, mama. Give yourself some grace. You’re learning, you’re growing, and you’re doing better than you think.

You are enough. You have always been enough. 🫶🏼

Some days motherhood feels beautiful, and some days it feels like I’m running on empty. But even on the days when I don’t know how I’m going to keep going, I know God is right there with me.
