Lilac ice cream ❀ 1 1/2 cup cream ❀ 1 1/2 cup milk ❀ 4 egg yolks ❀ 3-4 tbsp honey ❀ 2 cups lilac flowers ❀ butterfly pea powder for natural blue coloring heat up cream and milk turn off heat right before it comes to a boil add lilac flowers and let them infuse to taste then strain mix yolks and honey add cream and milk to the mix or heat up cream and milk before adding depending if you want raw ice cream or not churn ice cream Chewy lemon cookies ❀ 170g unsalted butter ❀ 280g granulated sugar ❀ zest of 1 lemon ❀ 1 egg and 1 yolk ❀ 1 tsp vanilla extract ❀ 375g flour ❀ 1 tsp baking soda ❀ 2 tsp salt ❀ 3 tbsp lemon juice ❀ more sugar for rolling rub lemon zest and sugar with your fingertips to release essence beat butter and add the sugar add eggs & vanilla add flour and top with baking soda add lemon juice (it will foam) mix just until combined refrigerate for 1 hour, you can make the ice cream in the mean time Preheat oven to 180°C Scoop dough, shape into balls and roll them in sugar Bake for around 12 minutes Don’t have much of a recipe for the wild garlic pesto because I made it to taste. But blend together wild garlic, roasted pine nuts, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper Cherry blossom jam ❀ 2 part cherry blossoms ❀ 1 part sugar ❀ 1 part water ❀ splash of lemon Fingerprint cookies ❀ 125g butter ❀ 1/2 cup sugar ❀ 1 tsp vanilla essence ❀ 1 egg ❀ 1.5 cups flour Preheat oven to 180°C Beat softened butter, add sugar & all the ingredients. Don't overmix You should have a soft dough. Roll it into small balls, place them on a baking tray, then gently press your thumb into the center of each one to make a little indent. Add your jam and bake until slightly golden brown. Around 10 minutes more in the comments xx by @rootedmummusings
