Hi, my name is Liz. I am an inner alignment guide who uses sound healing, sacred ceremony, guided meditation, and energy work to help women reconnect to themselves.

As someone who lived a life of self-abandonment and disconnection, I hit a point where I literally told myself, “I can’t keep living like this.” I turned to spirituality, did the inner work, looked deep within myself, and started questioning the identities I was holding onto that no longer resonated with the person I wanted to be.

Now, I hold space for other women who are in the same boat, creating a safe space for them to feel deeply and reconnect with their heart, their intuition, and the roots of who they want to be not who society, family, friends, or old versions of themselves say they should be.

Through energy healing, sound, intuitive guidance, and guided meditations, I create safe and sacred experiences that help you return to yourself feeling more grounded, more relaxed, and more clear on where you need to go, what needs to leave your life, and how to move forward with grace, all while being authentically you.

We all experience different versions of motherhood.

My version is teaching my daughter that just because you become a mother doesn’t mean your aspirations, goals, and dreams have to die.

I’m showing her what balance looks like that it’s okay to still want more for yourself while fully loving and showing up for your child. I’m teaching her that abandoning yourself in order to provide for others is not the same as love.

Instead, I want her to see that love can come from a place of balance, clear boundaries, integrity, and authenticity. That you can do what you love, serve others through your gifts, and still honor yourself along the way.

To everyone who’s been part of this journey whether you’ve known me for years or just found this page thank you for witnessing my growth and allowing me to share this part of my heart with you. 🤍🌱✨

When I’m feeling emotionally heavy, the answer isn’t to put more pressure on myself.

What actually helps me is spending time outside.
Being somewhere that feels expansive.
Taking my daughter to the park.
Doing things that remind me there’s so much more to life than my to do list.

I’m learning that I don’t have to earn rest or peace.

So maybe before asking yourself, What else do I need to get done? Try asking, What would actually support me right now? 🤍
