Some of y’all are waiting until life gets easier to enjoy it.

Don’t. 💙 #rootedwithrindy #seedsofempowermenttherapy #joyislife #generationalhealing #dancingishealing by @rootedwithrindy

Even therapists need moments where we’re simply people—not providers, not problem-solvers, not wearing every hat. Self-care isn’t something I recommend because it sounds nice. It’s something I practice because I know how much it matters. 💙🌱 #rootedwithrindy #burnoutrecovery #generationalhealing #selfcarefirst #followyourjoy💫 by @rootedwithrindy

You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own.

A lot of us were taught to:

push through
figure it out
keep going
And on the outside…
it looks like you’re doing exactly that.

But underneath?
You’re overwhelmed.
You’re tired.
You’re ready for support.

That’s why I created the
Community Care Therapy Program 🌱

A space that feels:
✔ real
✔ culturally grounded
✔ supportive without judgment

Sessions are offered on a sliding scale,
starting at $45 to make therapy more accessible.

Because support shouldn’t feel out of reach.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy…
this is your sign.

Access shouldn’t be a barrier to healing.

Too many people are ready for support…
but cost, uncertainty, or life circumstances get in the way.

That’s why we created our Community Care Program—
to make therapy more accessible, more human, and more within reach.

Because you deserve a space to be supported too. 🌱

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy but weren’t sure how to begin…
this is your sign.

There was something sacred in the room.

Voices…not just speaking—but releasing.

Stories that didn’t ask for permission. Truth that didn’t shrink itself. Energy that said, “you are safe here.”

Voices in Communion wasn’t just an event…

it was a reminder that healing doesn’t always happen in silence.

Sometimes it sounds like poetry. Sometimes it sounds like laughter. Sometimes it sounds like people finally telling the truth.

To everyone who showed up, shared, listened, and held space—

thank you for being part of something real.

Tonight was powerful.

Women showed up high-functioning…
and left with clarity they didn’t even realize they needed.

Because burnout isn’t just about doing too much,

it’s about carrying too much alone.

If you missed it…
stay close.

You’re handling everything…

…but you’re not okay.

And because you look like you got it together,
nobody’s checking on you.

That part.

If this hit, you already know you need to be in the room Monday.

The last webinar?
Yeah… it was THAT kind of room.

The kind where things start to click.
Where you realize just how much you’ve been carrying.

So I’m opening it back up.

Not just for the women who missed it—
but for the ones who are ready for the next step.

Because awareness is powerful…
but movement is what changes your life.

If you’ve been on the edge of this work,
this is your moment to step in.

You don’t look burned out.
You still show up.
You still perform.
You still get it DONE.

But internally?

You’re tired in a way rest doesn’t fix.
You feel disconnected… even from yourself.
And there’s a quiet resentment building from how much you carry for everyone else.

And the wild part?

Most people would NEVER know.

Because you’ve mastered functioning in survival mode.

⸻

This isn’t about needing more discipline.
Or another routine.
Or “getting your life together.”

👉 It’s about learning how to stop operating from depletion.

⸻

I’m hosting a FREE webinar for high-achieving women who are ready to break this cycle for real.

I’m going to walk you through:
✨ what burnout actually looks like (when you’re still “functioning”)
✨ why rest alone isn’t fixing it
✨ how to start shifting out of survival mode

⸻

If this hit… it’s for you.

You don’t have to fall apart to be burned out.

You can still be:
✔️ Showing up
✔️ Handling business
✔️ Being “the strong one”

…while quietly running on empty.

That deep, unexplainable exhaustion?
The overwhelm you can’t quite name?
The feeling of being off but still functioning?

That’s not “just stress.”
That’s high-functioning burnout.

And if you don’t pause… your body eventually will.

💭 Be honest—does this feel like you?

The hardest relationships to leave
are the ones your nervous system mistakes for love.

Not because they’re safe—
but because they’re familiar.

You weren’t confused.
You were conditioned.

And growth?
Is finally getting tired of betraying yourself
to keep someone else. #rootedwithrindy #cyclebreakers #selfrespect #innerwork #faithoverfear🙏 by @rootedwithrindy
