POSTS STORIES REELS

Welcome to Rooted by Ri - where it’s more than just hair…and every crown is treated with care🤍

Hi! My name is Riley Brogan and I am a Paul Mitchell future professional.
My decision in my cosmetology journey was created from something deeply personal.

Being diagnosed with Alopecia Areata was one of the most defining moments of my life — one that reshaped not only how I saw beauty, but how I understood resilience. What once felt like a loss became the very thing that refined my vision, my discipline, and my purpose.

It pushed me to work harder, to learn more, and to show up every single day committed to excellence — not just for myself, but for every person who sits in my chair.

But through this journey, I found something greater - my faith.

I’ve learned that being “rooted” isn’t just about what grows on my scalp or what you see on the outside, but the strength and belief within. My faith carried me through my hardest season, and it continues to guide the way I serve, create, and grow.

Rooted by Ri is a reflection of that journey. It’s about helping others feel confident, seen, and beautiful — no matter where they are in their hair journey. Whether you’re dealing with hair loss, starting fresh, or just looking to feel like your best self, I’m here for you.

Everything I’m building is rooted in purpose, vision, and God’s plan.

Let’s grow together🌿✨ by @rootedxri

1,000 hours✨

It’s crazy to look back & see how far I’ve come.
Every hour has taught me something new, pushed me to grow, and made me fall even more in love with what I’m working toward. I’m so grateful for this journey, the people who have supported me along the way, and the future I’m building for myself. This is so much more than just hair to me, and I can’t wait to see where this career takes me.

Only 500 hours to go🥹

This was a beautiful transformation! We added some copper, all while keeping her rich, dimensional, & ready for sweater weather.
