I believe the human experience is to share, relate, dream, and create.

I'm letting my dream take root. 🌿🤍

I'm a Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness / Meditation Teacher, and I have a deep love for my journey and everything and everyone who crosses it. I'm devoted to the path that pulls.

I'm usually found playing outside, reading a philosophical/ spiritual book, or deep in some art project. I'm what some people call an old soul, but simultaneously my inner child comes out to play... all the time. Silly, loving, curious, grounded, and incredibly grateful to be here.

I know we're all here to guide one another back to being our truest selves, so I'm excited to get out in community and create a space for that.

Hold the vision 🌿

There's something so magical about landing in your dream place. I took a look around and realized its exactly what I wanted. Like it was made just for me. I often have this thought like, who did this?! I must thank them personally.

Maybe a year in my body said, now we build. This has been the most solid foundation I've stood on. In my 20s it felt like I was searching... Here I'm deeply rooted in an environment I thrive in naturally. It feels easier, energy-giving, and at times euphoric.

When doubt or fear creep in it feels more neutral. I have this unshakable belief I can do it. Like my soul is whispering to me, you can have it all. Keep going, hold the vision.

Hosted my first Root Inward experience this weekend. An intentional hike and guided meditation on the topic of Inspiration to Form.

Supportive friends showed up for this first go, and that alone was enough 🥹 but seeing this specific dream take actual shape gave me goosebumps!! Surprisingly, none of these friends really knew one another, so it was the perfect group to have.

It started out with a series of 4 questions to understand what they're trying to experience more of in their life. A goal, a dream, a feeling! Questions on resistance, one small action they can take, and when they have 'said thing', how does it feel in their body? Each pair got to rotate partners to have the opportunity to practice listening skills, meet someone new, and express what was on their mind 3 times. With each time narrowing in on their intention. This deepens insight and widens awareness priming the mind to spot new opportunities to come. 🕸

At the overlook we picked berries (of course) then sat in a guided meditation to drop back into the body and nature.

This dream is rooted in wholeheartedness, curiosity, and community. Nurturing connections to self, others, and the natural world around us. Stay tuned for more events as this evolves sharing what I love in a place I love immensely!! 🌿❤️‍🔥🧠🙏

Feeling very full-bloom this spring. This is my last week in meditation teacher training. I thought I'd update this page during the process, but it might be one big reflection at the end. The pieces are coming together...

Root Inward has been a long time dream and I'm excited to watch it come alive. For a while, I kept saying "it doesn't feel... ready." Not the right place, time, teachings to share... etc. Maybe you never feel completely ready, but it felt important for me to prepare my own internal environment before I held a container for others. ◾️Balance.◽️

My photography teacher said most of the time he already has the image in his minds eye before he takes it.

We're in rainy season so I might be reminiscing, but it reminded me of this one I took this summer.

In 2020 I opened up my journal and wrote about what was happening in the world. I recall having $200 left in my bank account and in uncertain times I knew getting a job might be hard. Luckily, something came through in a few months, but in that moment I had time. Time to sit on my bed with a notebook and a pen. Time to take a deep breath and tell myself everything will be okay. Time to think. Time to ask myself some deeper questions. I wrote down the words "Root Inward".

Those words on paper just felt like words until last year, 2024. A series of unfolding events happened- all connected. One after the other, it just kept going and still does. It feels like magic... the connections that make you pause and go, wait.. no freakin way! This is for me!!

This was a call to look inward.
To start the journey.

I know the deeper I spread my roots, the taller I become. It's a ( s l o w ) nurturing process. Slow to go fast. Growth doesn't happen fully in isolation either. I've learned as I interact in the right environments I can't help but bloom and thrive at a rapid rate.

I've always had a love for gathering people intentionally. So thats the dream. A community coming together to navigate the deeper connections, the windy path, and having fun along the way.

I can't wait to see these events take place.

Gaze is soft, heart wide open. 🤍

One of my favorite memories happened about a year ago. I ran down my stairs to my front door, told my roommate I was in love, and skipped out the door with the biggest smile on my face.

Now a year later my heart is opening even more.
I've never known a love like this.
Expansive, stretchy.
