POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

All time, Fall time.

As with every year, the Fall travel season has been crazy. We’re only half way through October and it feels like we’re just getting started. I’m so grateful for all the events, people, and two wheeled adventures over the past couple of months.
I still have trips planned for Bentonville, Hilton Head, SC, and Tempe, AZ before the year ends.

Deep breathe…

Training with the @south_side_xc team this morning in some ridiculous heat. ☀️🥵

This crew of talented riders is prepping for the @icc_challengexc in a couple of weeks.

Fun night bouncing around the woods.

Last night the temperature finally dropped. Thank goodness!
It made for a perfect night for a session ride on the local trails. These rides are a great way to break up the grind. Find a few friends or go solo. Take a few risks, session stuff you normally ride by.

Maybe there is a more fun way to get up and over that root??

These session rides can do so much for both your riding skills and your mental health.

Today’s advice:
Go play on your bike today!!

What a weekend!

That’s a wrap on our 2026 Women’s MTB Retreat.
Thank you to all of our participants. We loved hosting you, and hearing your stories around the campfire.
Lots of laughs, a few bumps and bruises, and a lifetime of memories.

Special thanks:

We’re excited to try some of your new products.

@monicafoltz and @aaronarnzen for your amazing photography.

@trailspring - thanks for keeping this park beautiful. There’s no place quite like it.

Hope to see you all next year!
