1 horrible case of neuropathy that did not heal for months
A double mastectomy
1 ambulance ride
15 rounds of radiation.
Two bell rings.
I fucking did that.
Goodbye cancer. Stay the FUCK out of MY HOUSE.

Me today vs me six weeks ago, days after a double mastectomy.

The hair is coming back in, the eyelashes and eyebrows have returned, and my strength has improved.

Sometimes it's hard to see how far I've come in this journey until I look back at a photo and I don't recognize myself.

Cancer is such a trip. But if you're lucky, it gets better.

Also it took a lot to post that second photo so don't be a dick about it.
