There’s a significant lack of education on women’s health, especially when it comes to hormones, fertility, and long-term health.
The worst part is, that women are often dismissed when reporting symptoms like chronic fatigue, period pain, or hormonal mood swings.
Learning how to track symptoms, understand our bodies, and confidently seek appropriate care is vital.

Empowering women to take better care of their bodies, advocate for themselves in medical settings, and make informed choices for long-term well-being 💖 and that's why I'm here.

If my acne flared up again now, I would focus on the outside + inside. Acne is not just a skin issue. Our skin is our largest organ and shows exactly what’s going on within our bodies.

Becoming a mom made me read every label twice 🫠 Here’s what I avoid in baby products and why 👇

Fragrance & partum: can legally hide dozens of undisclosed chemicals, including phthalates and irritate baby skin

Phthalates: hormone disruptors in plastics and scents

BPA/BPS: leach from plastic, especially when heated

Chlorine bleaching: can leave dioxin residues in diapers and wipes

Parabens: preservatives especially in lotion that mimic estrogen

Formaldehyde releasers: hidden irritants in some baby washes

PFAS: “forever chemicals” that build up in the body, often found in mattresses, bibs, and DIAPERS.

Flame retardants: hormone disruptors in mattresses and foam, car seats, nursing pillows.

Sulfates: strip and irritate sensitive skin

I look always for in baby products:
1) unscented, no fragrances, no natural essential oils
2) totally chlorine free diapers, no lotions or fragrances. EWG verified
3) wipes without chemicals, scents, plastics
4) mattress, furniture, sheets, clothes from natural fibers and/or at least OEKO-TEX certified

wellness turned into something we perform instead of something we feel. as a nutritionist and a new mom, I see it constantly: women who are doing so much right and still feel behind because of a 7-second clip. the Finnish environment that raised me never had an audience. they just lived well, moved their bodies and enjoyed this life.
