‘It is the raw theatricality of The Domestiques that stands on its own: fearless, unapologetic, and full of risks that would leave lesser calibrated casts scrambling. See this show, and if you’ve never seen a work of the Theatre of the Absurd, I cannot recommend The Domestiques enough.‘ - Dan Ruth, LA Hidden Gems

THE DOMESTIQUES has extended through August 28th. See it before it’s too late.

Belated Edinburgh Fringe Post.

I’ve been dreaming of bringing a show to the Edinburgh Fringe since I was eight years old. Ever since I began taking theater seriously, it’s been a North Star - one my grandmother would remind me of whenever she would ask me when I would bring a show to The Fringe. To fulfill this dream, with people I love and admire, and introduce them to my life abroad, and premiering a kick ass show was all I could have hoped it would be.

Introducing THE DOMESTIQUES.

Featuring Great Friends, Late Nights, Mind-Altering Theater, Hungover Hikes, Excessive Advertising, Sexy Maid Outfits, 99P Ice Cream, Thinking of my Grandma, Aurthur’s Seat, Glowing Reviews, Karaoke Nights, Engagements (!!!), Frankenstein Pubs, Bluetooth Lights, Fallafal Nights, Oasis Fan Mobs, Biennale Bags, and lounging in The Meadows.

This was a perfect month in August spent with good people and good art. What more could you possibly ask for ? taken in Edinburgh Festival Fringe by @roryjamesleech

a life of adventure.

went to europe to produce a play. made my international theater debut. saw great theater. made great theater. saw old friends. made new friends. ate great food. drank great wine. saw great things. saw old things. saw old great things. took pictures infront of old great things. stood at the birthplace of theater. cried at the birthplace of theater. left part of myself at the alter of theater. walked a lot. covered up my blisters. kept moving. swam in the balkan sea. hiked greek mountains. ate chicken gyro’s by the dozen. got on a bus with a bunch of strangers. rode a lime bike to vatican city. saw nuns having fun. asked strangers to take my picture in the collesseum. offered to take theirs. checked the heat index. walked down the river. took it all in. prepped the next project. came home different.

here’s to european summer ! taken in Arsenale - Venice Biennale by @roryjamesleech
