🏁 BIKC 2026 🏁

No expectations. No pressure. Just incredibly proud to be here.

Eight weeks ago, I drove a junior kart for the very first time. Eight weeks later, I was lining up at my first ever BIKC, racing against boys who had more speed, more experience and more skill than I could yet match.

I knew the challenge ahead of me and I also knew I had so much still to learn. But simply qualifying for the BIKC just eight weeks after first stepping into a junior kart is an achievement I am so incredibly proud of.

I drove well in my test laps and set a new PB in qualifying of 53.00 which was an incredible feeling. I secured p5 for the B Final but sadly this is where my inexperience showed, and a mis timed over take landed me in the pit lane with a 10 second penalty whilst in p3, I felt crushed! I rejoined the race at the back of the pack and in that moment I could have accepted that was it for the night but I got my head down a clawed back the couple of places that I could ending the race in P10 with an enormous sense of pride and my eyes firmly locked on 2027.

The highlight of the night, watching my best mate @alexdahuman6 battle for p6 in the A final and securing him a place in the Regional Final, you have achieved so much Alex!

@bikcofficial you were incredible 🏁

🏁 Race Academy League 🏁

Monday nights just got a whole lot faster!

On Monday night I drove in my first Race Academy League at @teamsportwarrington and it was amazing!

This league has some super talented drivers in it and a lot of the drivers that I’ll be going up against at next weeks @bikcofficial local heat so I was really happy with the P4 I picked up during the qualifying session.

Now I know Kart 44 isn’t a favourite at Warrington, IYKYK, but I couldn’t have picked a more meaningful number if I had of chosen it myself. A brilliant battle with Seb and a new PB of 53.145 from me and I hung on for a p4 finish!

The grid start was great preparation for BIKC too 🏎️

🏁 The 11th Hour 🏁

I did it!! 8 weeks, 72 sessions, 18 hours in the seat and some amazing coaching from the best Marshall’s at @teamsportwarrington (shout out to Charlie, Aidan, James & the team) and last night, in literally the final hour, I qualified for BIKC 2026 🏎️

Talent and time can give you an advantage in any sport but determination, and belief over hope, that is what got me there!

The past few weeks have taught me a lot about resilience and patience and there were definitely days when qualifying so soon after beginning my karting journey definitely felt like it would be just out of reach but I knew I could do it.

Thank you to my Mum & Dad for never saying no, for staying for the extra sessions and the ‘just one more’ I really am grateful.

I have no expectations for BIKC but I’m pretty proud of myself for getting it done 🏁

@bikcofficial 2026 Let’s Go!

O N E W E E K

That is all there is left, 1 single week to hit 3 qualifying times but is it enough?

My PB still stands at 53.54 and I’m going to need to submit 3 53.30 or better to be in with a chance of making the top 24 for Local qualifying.

I feel like I’m so close but at the same time I have been pushing and pushing and I just can’t seem to find those last 10th’s.

So tonight we go again, Monday please be kind to me 🏁

🏆 Junior Kart Club Championship 🏆

My first ever club championship, my first time racing at the circuit — and I was definitely feeling nervous! With no opportunity to walk the track and having never seen half of it before, it felt like a big challenge.

But once the helmet went on, it was time to focus! I managed to set a great pace and took p1 in both of my group heats, I then joined the top 6 drivers from across the groups for the Junior Club Championship Race.

I finished P3 and brought home my FIRST EVER BRONZE TROPHY!

So proud of the result and already counting down to the next Club Championship Race!

Massive shout out to by mate West Kennedy for an incredible day together, it was amazing watching you take P2 and the Silver trophy in the Cadet Race 🏁

🏁 ANOTHER STEP CLOSER 🏁

When I started karting back in April, I honestly never expected to be where I am now — chasing a place at BIKC just a few months later.

Today I managed to find another 3 tenths and set a new PB of 53.54 seconds after a great coaching session with Charlie at @teamsportwarrington last week.

It might only be 0.3 seconds, but when you’re chasing lap times, you know how hard those tenths can be to find!

I think I still need to find 0.5 of a second to be in with a chance and there are only 3 weeks left to do it.

So now it’s back to the data, looking at where I can brake later, carry more minimum speed, tighten my line and ultimately find more more pace. Every little bit counts. 🏎️💨

I’ve come a long way since my first time in a kart in April, and I’m really proud of the progress so far.

3 weeks. Half a second. Time to go hunting for those tenths!

Thanks to everyone who’s been helping, supporting and believing in me along the way.

Monday Race Academy

Two P1s in tonight’s practice sessions and I matched my PB but the job isn’t finished yet. I know there’s still more pace to unlock, and that’s what keeps me pushing.

I’m still around .50 of a second from a qualifying time for this years BIKC local stages so, we’ll keep working, keep learning, and keep pushing.

A fantastic day at the Bill Sisley Kart School! 🏁

I’m really proud to have successfully completed my Bronze and Silver levels at the Bill Sisley Kart School at @3sisterscircuit yesterday. Bill discovered @lewishamilton at the age of 8 and so this was something I really wanted to achieve this summer. Every session was a great opportunity to develop my skills, build confidence, and learn from some excellent coaches.

A huge thank you to everyone at Bill Sisley Kart School for their guidance, encouragement, and support throughout the course. The experience has been invaluable, and I’ve come away with so much to build on.

I’m already looking forward to returning to complete my Gold level in preparation for taking my ARKS test in September!
