When I was younger I knew I wanted to share creativity to the world..
I wanted to express by singing as I wrote songs all my life but I feel much more comfortable moving and getting into my body
In my teens I wanted to adopt Ease and openness, after being a million different personas in one body ,fluxurating time lines within a million emotions and smiles , I had to feel the sensations of the grief of the girl that I once knew, that I thought got taken away from me , but really inner children live through and within us, so now I feel authenticlly open, less pressure off my being, the openess calls for truth. Most importantly I feel in touch with the girl I once lost / got taken away from me.
So now feeling the most topen I have been , open with my heart, my body , my mind and my soul
But needing protection too, so its a life long lesson with wanting to improve on your inner world but also having to have a barrier because of programming , a fear and danger.
For so many things that have happened within my family ,relationships and mental health, so much abuse I have turned into lessons to strengthen my being & turning poison into medicine

Living with severe anxiety, c-ptsd and chronic pain
Loving with a pure heart and learning to fully adopt my own energy without absorption to the outside world and the drainage of others here holding space and then to receive as much as give. I am Nurturing my own nature right now and feeling all there is to feel, you feeling me?l🙏🏼🫴🏼 by @rosaflowss
