summertime done, come and gone 🌻 some moments from the season captured on camera^^^
i’m embarking on a new chapter that is taking me to new places. my eyes are wide as i stare at this mountain, but all i can do is climb it and take in every view.
All that said, i’ll be back in boston briefly for a sweet gig! campfire festival- @clubpassim -Sep 6th 5pm. community keeps it all spinning and i’m so grateful for the love and the music that lives in Boston, NYC and New England. i’ll see you later 🐊 by @rosajoejacobs

Written in Brooklyn, stuck inside during a heat wave - recorded on a porch in beautiful Asheville weather. 🌞
Writing songs feels like the constant creation of a thousand little time capsules. A song changes and grows with you, and manages to preserve a moment. This seedling of a song is exactly that. The truth of a very hot day, feeling lost and itching to dance. These days I am returning to more regular use of social media after a long break that would not have been possible w/o the help of some INCREDIBLY generous friends who would post music and show updates for me. It is definitely a learning experience to be back… working on taking the pressure off and posting even if something feels imperfect, or particularly raw. I can’t and won’t spend the rest of my life recording Instagram videos 🫠 just gonna keep it real. by @rosajoejacobs

Little bit of an original of mine called Loving Ain’t Hard with these beautiful friends, oh yeah and the birds of course 🕊️

We’ve had the privilege the last few months of working up some of our music with the incredible @marksimos and I couldn’t feel happier 🌟
