Rosalind Danielle LaFavor, BSN 🩵
At just 21 years old I will be a first-generation college graduate , proudly walking across the stage from Albany State University an HBCU that shaped, challenged, and strengthened me in ways I’ll carry forever.

I didn’t come into this journey with everything handed to me. I came with faith, strength, determination,and hella redbulls (ifykyk). Every tear, late night and early morning was worth it. Nursing has always been more than a goal for me… it’s my calling, my purpose, and my way of pouring into others when they need it most.

To my family and friends thank you for every prayer, every word of encouragement, every moment you reminded me not to give up when it got hard. I didn’t do this alone, and I’ll never forget that.

And a special shoutout to my mommy 💜thank you for holding me down these last five semesters and being my biggest supporter. Your love, sacrifices, and constant belief in me carried me more than you know.

Now, I step into a new chapter entering the operating room as a new grad resident, ready to learn, grow, and serve with intention. My journey is just getting started, and I’m walking into it with passion, purpose, and a heart for healthcare.

This isn’t the end… it’s just the beginning of something greater. 🩺

The day I became a lady of Crimson and Cream through the DYNAMIC Delta Rho Chapter the beginning of a lifelong legacy.A sisterhood and chapter I’ll cherish forever. Grateful for every lesson, every moment, and every sister beside me.Thankful for the love, the bond, and the woman this journey continues to shape me into.

To my Nat-I truly couldn’t imagine going through this journey with anybody else. God knew exactly what He was doing when He gave me a line sister like you. Thank you for being my safe place, my motivation, my study partner, my strength, and my constant reminder that we are capable of anything we put our minds to. Forever 5x38♾️

To my rossy, I didn’t even think it was possible to build a bond like this so quickly. We’ve been there for each other during the ups and downs, late nights, and the yk what we needa do 😉 nights to get thru. I couldn’t have wanted to do this with anyone else and I love u so much. I’m gonna miss u, your parfeit and redbulls next to my lunch kit everyday🥹 I’m gonna miss all the complaining we did over 50 case studies and prepu’s we are going to be the best nurses ilysm
